Family Vacation

My family and i enjoyed our Christmas vacation. The home was very clean, it was an easy check-in process. I did have a few questions and i received prompt responses. This VRBO felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying at this property again.

Thanksgiving stay

Thanksgiving with my family was here. It was very spacious and cozy. Only thing I would change is the gas stove and more comfy comforters. Overall. 5/5 and I would book again.

Clean and easy

Stayed here 10 days, it was a nice home away from home. Reservation and checkin were easy and the property manager was communicative. The place was bigger than I realized, clean and had simple decor. Gated community, sometimes trafffic backed up getting in. Added my sister to spend a night with her young boys who enjoyed the Spider-Man room. Property manager and security gate helped me figure out where to park a third car. Didn’t use the club or pool but walked by and there was a lazy river which looked fun. Would stay again.

10 day family vacation

We were happy with the layout and decor, and enjoyed the small pool in the back-overall the condo was spacious for all 6 of us. The kitchen was very nice and clean, we made use of the island and tall chairs at almost every meal. The location is convenient for trips to Disney, but traffic was tough at times because of construction. Local shopping at Publix in Champions Gate was nice, and good variety of restaurants. The community resort pool was nice, sometimes very crowded. The condos in the area are new and nicely kept, but very close together in the front. It was nice to have the additional space/land in the back of this unit. We appreciated the pictures of each room, it was what we expected.

Great stay

Easy check in, 2 spots for parking, house was spacious and nice. Nice that it had all pots, pans, dishes. Nice that it had a washer and dryer. Could use a better housekeeper. Trim, baseboards dirty and dusty. Dishwasher did not work well at all. Washed dishes by hand. Pool was nice. Even with the temps being in the 80s and sunny still neeeded the pool heater. Was much more enjoyable with the heater on. Noise was a nuisance with the neighbors. Seems to be lots of rentals in resort so i was woken up early morning and late night to loud music and big groups of people being noisy. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The resort clubhouse and pool were a nice bonus.

Great for families! Clean and spacious!

We had a great time this week. The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and snacks. We paid the extra fee to heat the private pool and it was really worth it! Our kids loved swimming out back in the evenings. The neighborhood/resort pool, playground, and tennis courts are about a 5-7 min walk and that was great! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return here again. Thank you!

House was great

The house was as described and had plenty of space. The Soltera Resort had nice amenities. The only thing about this location that was not good was the security gate. The really need to improve this. You could wait forever to get though it. The traffic around the area is horrible. It takes over an hour to go a few hours.
