Please be advised that there is ongoing construction near this property, outside the resort premises. While we strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment, some noise or activity may be noticeable at times. This Modern Vacation Home has everything you need to make wonderful family memories! The kids and family will have plenty space to have fun: With a beautiful outdoor pool, the Harry Potter themed lounge, and amazing theme rooms like: Minions and Ratatouille.
POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
PARKING - Parking available in designated areas in front of the house. Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 4 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

This brand new, Modern Davenport community is situated in prime US27 location close to Sand Mine Road, with easy access back on to US192, I-4 and to Disney and all the Orlando area theme parks and attractions.

A Day at our Home & Windsor Island Resort
Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day. Enjoy your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up, and then get ready for an amazing day at all the attractions that Central Florida has for you.
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 8 to 12 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Home.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Publix Super Market within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories!
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area or the Game Room to have fun with friends & family, or take the kids for one more dip in the pool before they crash in their themed bedroom.

Casago Orlando provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Casago Orlando does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.
- Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
