Security Surveillance Notice: The exterior back and front entries of the home, including the pool deck and lanai are actively monitored and recorded for the safety and security of all guests and the property.
Grill Rentals can be arranged for use on the property with advance notice.
Requirements: You must be 30 years of age to book this luxury property and accompanied by at least one minor child. We will not accept bookings for adults only. Main booking guest must be able to pass a background/security screen. Home comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Additional guests may be allowed for an additional fee per guest per night after 6 guest occupancy is met.
Excessive AC use or not following house rules for HVAC use may result in a security deposit holdback.
No Pets or animals allowed of any kind, not even "emotional support" animals. Owners have a medical condition.
