     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Condo 6150. 

     Welcome to your vacation paradise located in the gated community of Window Hills and just 2.5 miles from Walt Disney World!

     This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious condo sleeps 6 comfortably and comes with everything you need to relax and escape. 

     The bright, fully equipped, kitchen overlooks the open concept living room/dining room area so you can still engage with family and friends while creating your favorite recipes. The dining room seats 8 while the living room has a cozy sectional sofa and 43 flat screen TV, perfect for sitting back and relaxing after a long day at one of the areas many theme parks, or a day of sun and fun at Windsor Hills very own waterpark and clubhouse.

     The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, ceiling fan, 32 flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 is fitted with a queen bed and 24 flat screen TV. The kids are sure to love the colorful, fun, Mickey Mouse theme of the #3 bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin beds and a 28 TV with DVD player. The second bathroom is Mickey Mouse themed as well and is sure to make you smile.

     The screened-in lanai overlooks the waterpark, has plenty of seating, and is a great place to sit and enjoy that morning cup of coffee and the fabulous Florida weather!

     As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wrist bands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.  The number of wristbands per unit is as follows:

2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 6 wrist bands

3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wrist bands

4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wrist bands

5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wrist bands

6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wrist bands

No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.

     All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

     Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Very good condo complex near Disney

Our stay was very good. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and as described. The property manager was very responsive, and check-in was easy. The area is great, close to Disney and amenities such as grocery stores. The pool area was very nice, warm, and great for kids. Unfortunately, the splash pad/slide area water is not heated, and because of that, our kids did not use it.
