The interior walls had numerous stains, there were visible marks and small holes near the doors, and the carpet showed significant wear. It appeared that the carpets were only vacuumed between stays and professionally cleaned every few months. Additionally, the microwave was not functioning during my stay, which was inconvenient.
For a property that receives frequent guests, a fresh coat of paint, working appliances, and more consistent upkeep would go a long way in improving the experience. If carpet maintenance is a recurring challenge, I would recommend considering alternative flooring for easier care and a cleaner presentation.
The accessibility to the stores and parks were amazing and probably the biggest highlight of our stay.
