This property was beautiful, the pool well maintain and clean, only one small complaint carpets up stair had many Staines and the recycles bin was full. overall we enjoyed the place and will rent again

Great Experience

Ive rented vacaton homes before but this one has been by far the best one ive stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. We had an awesome stay, Thanks again!

Wonderful

This was a great place for us to stay with our family. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The kids loved the game room and pool area.

Would not rent again

Had unanswered questions prior to visit. Did not find linen closet till the end of our stay. Info binder was binder was hidden in end table drawer. Kitchen had only one small skillet. No oven mitts. There was a dead cockroach in the cupboard and mice droppings in the cupboard as well. The advertised projector screen by the pool did not work. The pool is on the north side of the house so there was no sun shining on the pool. Beds are firm. There were lots of lizards in the house.

Cleaned it ourselves

Freezer was a block of ice. Dirt and food on floors, tables, chairs, and counters. Loose hair on sheets in two of the bedrooms. Makeup on pillow case in another bedroom. They were quick to send someone to clean but they just swept the floor downstairs and vacuumed the stairs. They got the ice broken up from the freezer but it was still leaking water so they had to send a repair man the next day. We had to wash everything after a 16 hr drive. Not alot of fun when you have a lot of kids and adults who are tired.

It was a great house .

Would rent again. Just a couple of things tv in guest bedroom didn't work as also the outside tv, still hot in the 2 front bedrooms, oven not working probably. And 1 more thing the recycle bin was empty the night before we left and when I went out to though out the trash it was full. Someone else must have put trash in the trash can.

We have stayed in over 30 VRBO homes over the past ten years, and this is by far the worse! The home is not maintained; the rugs are stained, the walls are marked, and have multiple impact damages. I sat on one the chairs and fell because the wheel had come off and someone placed it back with silicone. We found the towels in the Dryer, the washer does not work properly, the master bathroom has mold on the ceiling, the patio was dirty and the pool was dirty. The screen has a couple of spots where it's coming apart and the frame work has mildew stains everywhere. The pool has stains around the edges where the watermark is; it was not inviting at all. The house has a BBQ, but it's not for guest use, it advertises that it's pet friendly, but you have to read the small print as they have a charge for pets. The beds are terrible, there are no linens as stated in the listing, and there are practically no kitchen utensils. Overall, this home is filthy and needs to be renovated. I wish I could post pictures!!!!

Overall house was great, but I called to have pool heater turned on. Not sure if it was ever turned on pool was freezing was never able to use pool.

Minimum Supplies

I stayed with my family. The house is suppose to be for 12 people and it is really short of supplies as towels, chairs, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, plates, glasses and many kitchen items; the blender is broken and all the juice comes out through holes on the plastic jar , silverware and more. In the bathrooms only one or two towels per each one; the dinning table is pretty wobble; carpet with stains . In general not good maintenance.. Customer service sounds to be out of States.
