Great place

Great location near Disney. Kid loved the clubhouse with the kiddie pool. Property was great. General wear and tear but a modern feel and overall spacious and no complaints other than wish we could have stayed longer instead of returning to the cold.

The house is as beautiful as it looks online!! We did have some trouble with the electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms, and some of the lights were not working. But overall it was a great stay.

Our Disney stay

This was a good location. It wasn’t too far from Disney. The ONLY issue were not enough towels for 16 people. NO wash clothes. No kitchen Mitts A/C didn’t keep house cool. Upstairs was uncomfortable at night.

Horrible experience

Got to 6 bedroom home trash outside door went in temperature set to 72 it was 80 in there AC was not working called no guarantee when they could be out we said we can’t stay hours with no ac it’s 97 degrees we have people flying to stay, Disney tickets paid for waited over an hour for someone to fix called they said we have 24 hours to fix we left went got 4 hotel rooms luckily there was some they called to fix AC 5 hours later stil still no refund

The property on the outside was not kept, but I’m guessing they clean up and cut grass and all that before the weekend, because we got to the home Sunday evening and checked out Thursday morning when we were leaving we seen them cutting grass. There was trash and bushes and grass not trimmed. And I’m guessing from the little swamp area located behind the house, from time to time we got a horrible smell of something dead or rotting while we were out in the pool area. When we arrived the house was 86 degrees, so for future visits, I would recommend making cooler for when guests arrive, we had to turn the ac down, and wait till the next morning for the house to finally get cool enough to be comfortable. I payed the extra fee for the barbecue pit only to run out of propane and was not able to grill our last dinner, it was out of office hrs by the time we noticed we were out and I didn’t bother to call because didn’t want that extra charge of asking for something outside of office hours. Also recommend making sure the tank is full before each stay. The master bed was a little to firm for my liking, but the beds upstairs seem to have been ok. Also would have been nice to have access to a broom and mop as we couldn’t clean up and had to just wear our flip flops so I feet wouldn’t turn black from the ground, and to also be able to clean the wet floors from coming in from the pool. Other then those minor issues we did overall enjoy our stay!

Disney Family Trip

This was a nice spacious house for our family. We loved having the pool for the kids during downtime from the Disney parks. Everything was perfect! Nice house!
