2nd Time dealing with loud music and the smell of weed!!
Good Morning,
We would like to take the time to express our concerns during the stay at the Solora Resorts in Kissimmee Fl at 1743 Caribbean View Terrace. Upon our arrival on 3/25/2024, we noticed a bag of trash left in the front yard at the tree, the bag was removed the following afternoon. As we entered the house we were met with a foul odor (old mildew rag) from the refrigerator after opening, we cleaned the refrigerator getting rid of the smell.As we went outside to the rear there was an empty Corona beer bottle and caps left under the chairs at the pool.
On day two we noticed the floors did not contain a design but yet had not been properly cleaned. We purchased Magic Eraser and cleaned a few of the floor tiles, please see video and photos attached.
After driving for 17 hours, We didn't expect to arrive to an unclean house.
The comforter on the downstairs bed had stains and the mop that was left to clean the floor was extremely dirty.
The garage door moulding was not properly secured.
The sofa appeared to not have been cleaned and extremely worn.
The kitchen cabinet door needs to be properly adjusted.
Along with the above issues listed, we also encountered on Tuesday 3/26/24 the renters in the rear smoking weed. On Thursday evening on 3/28/24 the renters at 1779 Caribbean View Terrace were blasting their music starting at 10pm. We called 911 and contacted the Osceola Sheriff's Department.
