Our fabulous, contemporary furnished villa will be the perfect base for your Florida dream holiday. Set on the small, exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, with peaceful surroundings, it has no rear neighbours and overlooks a nature conservation area. The large, sunny aspect pool and deck is perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks.

All the major theme parks are within easy reach, only minutes away by car and there are many excellent golf courses with 5 – 15 mins drive.  Just a short drive away, on the US27and 192, there are supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and a large selection of restaurants, take-aways and diners.  Outlet shopping and entertainment is also close by and the villa is within 35 mins drive from Orlando International Airport. Furthermore, for your peace of mind, our property management company’s office is only a 10 minute drive away and is open during office hours Mon – Fri to resolve any problems, they also have a number available for emergencies outside of these hours.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our luxury privately owned villa boasts over 2,600 square feet of living space and is one of the largest on Highgate Park.  It has 5 bedrooms, including 2 masters, with extra large en-suites, plus 2 other bathrooms and a further two toilets downstairs, one of which can be accessed directly from the pool area.  It sleeps 10 comfortably, but if you wanted to add another 2 there is a double sofa bed in the queen room.

There is air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans for additional comfort if needed, also a telephone which provides free local calls, free Wi-Fi and cable TV with a DVD player in the Living room.  All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. A travel cot, high chair and stroller are also available.

POOL AREA
Our pool is much larger than most and is south west facing, so has the sun on it from mid-morning until the evening, perfect for all day fun in the wonderful Floridian sunshine.  Pool heating is available at an additional cost, with a pool blanket for the winter months. There is a covered lanai for those who prefer to remain in the shade, table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers for sun bathing or just relaxing by the pool.  There is an outdoor pool shower and pool bathroom and for your safety, a removable child safety fence around the pool. The whole deck and pool area is screened and a BBQ can be hired if required, so you can make the most of the gloriously warm evenings.

GROUND FLOOR
Spacious entry hall - with a snug, where there is a sofa if you want to sit quietly away from the main living area.
Large, bright, open plan kitchen, living and dining area. - The kitchen has all mod-cons including, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster plus all other appliances that you would expect. The living area sports a stylish contemporary sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD player and direct access to the pool area.  There are two dining areas,1 formal and 1 nook overlooking the pool area, plus a breakfast bar.

There is a W.C. and washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Games room – the garage now houses a carpeted games room with a 7ft pool table, air hockey, table football and stylish bar stools and table.

Master Suite 1 – This lovely room has direct access to the pool deck and views beyond, to the conservation area.  A US King size bed, with en-suite facilities, including his and hers sinks, bath tub, double walk-in shower and separate toilet.  A large flat screen TV, two walk-in wardrobes and hairdryer.

FIRST FLOOR
  
Master Suite 2 – This bright dual aspect room has views over the conservation area.  It also has a US King size bed with en-suite facilities identical to those on the ground floor.  A large flat screen TV, two walk-in wardrobes and hairdryer.

Queen Bedroom – This bedroom has recently been redecorated and has new furniture including a US sized Queen Bed.  It has two wardrobes, flat screen TV and also includes a double sofa which folds down to make a double bed that will sleep two.  

Twin Bedded Rooms x 2 - there are 2 further bedrooms both with twin beds, built-in wardrobes and all have flat screen TV’s.  One has recently had new bedroom furniture.

Bathrooms x 2 - There are two further bathrooms on this floor that serve the Queen and twin bedded rooms, with bath tubs and showers over, sinks and toilets.

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
