Three words… HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and DISSATISFIED!!! If you want your hard earned, well deserved vacation completely ruined, be my guest and rent this property at VERANDA PALMS. You will be completely dissatisfied, stressed, and unable to enjoy your visit. The property HOA and a towing company by the name of TOLANDO are partnered and committed to ruining guests vacations staying on this property. IT’S A MAFIA!! My daughter’s car was towed in the middle of the night while parked in the driveway (not violating the parking policy) simply because the driver side front tire was TOUCHING a corner piece of the lawn. These criminals completely take advantage of women and charged my poor daughter almost 600.00 to get her car back which is ludicrous!! Not to mention that this 12 bedroom 31 occupancy vacation home only offers 3 parking spots in the driveway which makes absolutely no sense at all!! The only other area for overflow parking is at the clubhouse located at the entry/pool area of the property where there were NEVER any open spots available because everyone vacationing with multiple vehicles occupied all the spots. When we asked the property security for a solution, we were simply brushed off and rudely advised to park our additional vehicles outside of the property at a nearby shopping plaza and again risk being towed probably by the same unprofessional tow company TOLANDO!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT any property in VERANDA PALMS!!
