This villa was amazing and accommodated all of our needs for my party of 15. The pics do it no justice as this place is beautiful and the amenities were beyond what we expected from ages 5 to 62. We had a great time. The host Chuck is very responsive and easy to get ahold of before and during our trip. I would definitely book this place again in the near future. The hospitality was great, the house was fantastic and the resort amenities were pleasing. Everyone was happy and excited with this rental

The house was more than expected. The game room and pool kept us all entertained for the whole week. There was plenty of room to accommodate all 19 of us. Chuck, the host, was great. He responded to our requests in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was amazing. Chuck was a terrific manager and responded quickly when we had a question. Waterpark was outstanding. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

The property was great! It was everything and more that we needed for our stay.The house was super clean and everyone enjoyed the arcade. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like about this resort was the parking. We had a vehicle towed the first night because security gave us the wrong information about how to park after verifying with them several times. The tow company towed 22 cars the same night which tells me that someone failed to do their job correctly.

Great house for big groups

The house is just like the pictures . The host always replied to my messages . The house was clean and also the towels . The lady security upfront was very rude because only 1 of us in the car didnt have our id from the festival ; threaten us

Great Experience- a few suggestions

We loved our stay at this house! There was so much to offer. We stayed last minute after our cruise was cancelled due to a hurricane. So glad they were able to accommodate 24 of us with less than 24 hour notice. The Perks: Bedroom space was great and en suite bathrooms allowed for privacy. Game Room was amazing. High quality games kept the kids (and adults) entertained! Pool was great and enjoyable Movie theater was used by kids for movies and adults for college football. It’s a great set up. The suggestions/need improvement: Kitchen supplies- would love to see pot holders, dish towels, and some basics. We bought a pasta strainer, coffee filters, and trash bags and left it there for future renters. These are just a couple things we usually see in our VRBO houses. We also ran out of toilet paper and were only booked for 2 nights. Again, not a necessity to supply but we typically see this stocked in houses we rent. The $150 rental fee for the basic grill seems bizarre to us. It definitely deterred us from grilling. Overall a great stay and everyone had a wonderful time being together in one house. The amenity center is a great addition to have access too and we fully utilized the community pool, waterslides, volleyball court, and putt putt.

Beautiful area and resort. Everything was up to a high standard except for cleanliness. 3 stars. If the living room area carpet had not been filthy, tons of crumbs and debris under coffee table (noticed when looking for my little ones toys) , one sheet stained out of about 10 sheets, the throw pillows on the couch nasty ,and a few throw blankets with corners suck/chewed /holes in them . On the other end white tile floors were very clean .(water spilled and when wiped the paper towel was shockingly still clean). Bathrooms very clean. All in all if the living room area had a washable area rug they machine washed or all the white sheets were bleach smell clean, and blankets not used and abused, i would have given more clean stars . Lastly, the food at resort was reasonably priced for location and had great yummy choices. The management was awesome and responded immediately with all questions.
