Quiet Relaxing Week

This villa is located in a very large mixed use community. There are villas, condos, single family homes, and businesses, plus recreational opportunities. We were there looking for a peaceful and relaxing week and that is what we had. We went to the water park once. That was very nice and I noticed that kids were having a great time. The villa was spacious, well located, and ground floor.

Not great

The unit was dirty and run down. Lots of damage to unit, wear & tear to interior of unit. Floors were NOT vacuumed when we arrived. Not enough towels. Additionally, the kitchen lacked minimum standard of cooking needs i.e. pots, pans, spoons, knives etc. We never did receive an actual check in and limited access to the resort as a result. We would not stay here again.

Great location for Disney

Overall our experience was good. The house was nice, but missing a few kitchen items that were needed. It would be nice if they left some of the items that other rents leave behind, laundry soap, more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, baggies, dishwasher tabs, ect. We left lots behind and I assume other renters have as well. The washer and dryer are older so expect to have to dry your clothes for more than the recommend time. We enjoyed the pools and mini golf on the property and location to Disney was perfect!

Mycket nöjda med denna trevliga lägenhet. Bilderna överensstämmer till 100% med verkligheten.

Modern, fräsch och prisvärd lägenhet i ett mycket trevligt område. Nära till alla parker i Orlando. Enda minus är möjligtvis för få tallrikar och matstolar med tanke på att lägenheten är för 8 personer. Rekommenderas varmt!
