Christmas vaca with family

We loved everything about the house except dont go if you want to enjoy the pool area…never had heat in pool at all during our 4 days. The kids did love the bedrooms and game room!! Lots of space for all!

There was a game room but a lot of the games didn’t work and the quest games was missing as well light bulbs where out at property and hot tub was not hot. They where a few flaws around home here are a few pictures

The house was beautiful and so clean. We loved the theater room the most.

The house was so comfy and cozy. Well kept so clean and spacious. The check was easy you have everything like grocery stores, eating, gas all in the development. The hot tub was not that warm so I called management and they came and we stayed in the hot tub all the days we were there. The house was so clean looks just like the photos they show. I will definitely stay here again.

It was just okay

Property is nice, but the hot tub was never hot or even warm. When we had to evacuate, the property owners/managers seemed not to care. READ THE HURRICANE POLICY! Kids liked the slide in the bedroom, and the theatre room was nice. I wouldn't book here again, but nothing is severely wrong with the place.

Great family retreat

Overall our stay was very nice. The little ones loved the themed bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. The young adults loved the theater room. The only problems we ran into were the air-conditioning upstairs was not working well but they came out quickly and fixed it. The swimming pool we paid extra to have it heated and it had a very difficult time staying warm. The game room only a couple of the games worked. We let them know about it, but it was never fixed for us.

Florida Birthday

We booked this property to celebrate 10th birthday for our son and nephew. They are into gaming. However three of the gaming systems were not working. I called for the property manager to repair before the actual party date. It took them an entire day only to come out and not fix the issue. . We had 7 children to share two games which was unfortunate bet he reason for booking the home was because of the gaming experience.
