Zero communication with the property. Booked 2 rooms through Expedia and Expedia wasn't able to reach the property. Check in information for 1 room was not received and property does not have a front desk to assist. There was NO solution so our family doubled up.The 1 room we did use didn't have towels and the sofa bed had broken springs so useless. Terrible experience with Century Milenia

Our stay here was a completely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We expected a clean and comfortable environment, but instead walked into a property that was profoundly neglected and poorly maintained. The cleanliness issues were apparent everywhere you looked: the floors were so dirty that walking barefoot turned the bottoms of our feet completely black, and the couch was heavily stained, worn, and filthy. In the kitchen, the counters had grime and leftover mess, while the refrigerator was heavily scratched, battered, and beat up. The bathroom wasn't spared either, featuring a severely rusted and damaged mirror and showers that were outright dirty. Most concerningly, the AC unit and filter were caked in a shocking amount of dust and grime, which triggered severe allergies for my son and made our entire time miserable. For what we paid, this level of upkeep is completely unacceptable, and we would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with children.

Don't stay here. Maintenance on suite locks is not a priority. We were unable to enter suite due to lock issue so they moved us to a noisy unit with a view of the highway and no black out curtains. Next day the lock battery on 2nd unit died. Had to contact support again and wait over an hour for Maintenance man to fix after 10pm. Pool had tons of debris all 4 days- no food or bar here.. They never offered any compensation only apologies.
