The large kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar which seats four. The dining area with pool access seats six.
The main bedroom, located on this floor features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, and a double vanity sink. The second bedroom on this floor with bunk beds, ideal for accommodating children or extra guests. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the first floor.
