Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is for a max of 8 guests.This place is 20 to 30 minutes from Any Disney park , Disney Springs, Universal , old town etc. (Note: service animals are always allowed with paperwork)

Located in a neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity. Some nights were louder than others. New Year’s Eve was an event with fireworks going off in the neighborhood (expected). We didn’t use the pool. Drive to Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral was not terrible. If you want good wings try “Wing Alley”right down the road. Recommend guests bring their own soap/shampoo/conditioner as the ones provided are travel size. Had a great stay!

My husband and I spent 10 days (Nov 3 to Nov 13, 2025) in this beautifful tastefully decorated home. It was clean from inside to outside. The bedrooms were a very nice size and so was the kitchen and living room. Very cozy and comfortable everywhere. The owners were available but didn't bother us during our stay. We enjoyed complete privacy and beauty. The yard is awesome. Completely enclosed with well designed coverings to protect against any bugs. The pool is well-maintained... every inch is clean and clear. Simply beautiful. Owners left info for wifi but you are able to get major channels without it. Large refrigerator and microwave...plenty of modern amenities. Two lovely bathrooms with walkin showers. The kids room has great mickey mouse decor. The vaulted ceilings and open spaces makes for roomy enjoyment throughout. So close to major roads and attractions as well as plenty of places to eat nearby. We loved this home and travel alot but it is the best one we have visited and will visit again. I can't say enough good things about it. Plenty of storage for clothes and food. Pease vist you won't be disappointed and well worth the cost.

House was comfortable but old and pretty basic. Ample towels with clean bedding. Bathroom toiletries were basic, resembling that of a low-cost motel. Neighborhood was ok - close to the highway, which was convenient but didn’t feel too safe. Overall, stay was good.

The house was as listed. Very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were definitely soft, as others have mentioned, but we found them very comfortable. The home was clean homey. We were going to a convention at the Osceola Heritage Park and the house was very close! We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek this rental out on future visits to the area. Thank you so much!!

This property was clean and cool. We enjoyed the pool so much! The master shower was very nice. The beds are soft but comfortable just FYI in case you prefer firm. Would stay again.

Clean and comfy!

We needed to find a home close to the children’s hospital for family to stay and visit my son. This house was cozy and very comfortable. There is a cute Disney theme throughout which was nice too. The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with from start to finish. It really helped make a stressful time less difficult. If you are looking for a house close to the theme parks (or close to the children’s hospital) this is a nice choice.

Perfect location for Spring Softball at Fortune Road

We just returned from a week long stay for the Spring Games college softball at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. The location of property was perfect- 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic). The neighborhood was quiet, the house was comfortable. Large capacity washer and dryer in the garage, kitchen well equipped enough that we cooked in several nights. Enough coffee filters were provided for the duration of our stay (The little things make such a big difference!). The house was clean. One of the nicest things was the screen over the pool; we ate outside often and didn't have to worry about insects buzzing around us! The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had; I was very concerned because my mother has mobility issues but the house is a single level and the master bedroom has a walk in shower, so she was able to get around easily. Too bad my daughter is graduating and this is her last year playing or I would definitely book this house again!

Visit Orlando

Visited Orlando to scout for a Florida residence and visit family. Property was clean and the neighborhood was family oriented. Master room bedding was poor, a soft mattress from IKEA. Kitchen appliances appear new but are low quality. It took 20 minutes for the stove oven to warmup to 400F for a pizza.

Best Value for your money, above my expectations

I recently stayed at this VRBO property, and it far exceeded my expectations on every level—truly the best value I’ve ever experienced. Had a cheer event at Silverspur Arena

The beds are very comfortable and the size of the house was good for the 6 of us. Communication was excellent with the property manager. A few things could be updated. But a very comfortable and clean house.

Great for privacy with the family

We had such a good time in this one. Thialos was a great host, and very responsive to our questions and requests. The biggest perk was the private heated pool, which we enjoyed almost every day with the kids. Overall, the house is in a very good condition. A minor issue was that some couch pillows were dated and need to be upgraded, but that did not affect our experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to Disney World. The pool was our favorite part of the house. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place.
