You certainly could do a lot worse. The positives: very convenient to I-4, at least two restaurants within a very short walk, fast internet, affordable. The sweet lady who oversees the breakfast works very hard to keep everything stocked (I was there during Spring Break and the hotel was very busy). It's an older building, not as nice as some. The convenience to I-4 is also a downside; there is some noise (not intolerable) from the highway. It's not a neighborhood that I would go walking in late at night. Overall, if you're on a budget (as I am), you could do a whole lot worse, especially if you're only staying for a night or two.
