It was a very nice house. The kids had a blast. Noticed the water in the hot tub was low as soon as I reported the issue they sent Maintenance out fairly quick.

Roomy, clean, comfortable, with great pool and hot tub. So close to everything and the Solterra Clubhouse was awesome for the kids. We would definitely book this house again!

PERFECT for family vacation!

Our house was a BIG win for our kids! Very clean and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney. The pool was also a big hit! We would definitely recommend this neighborhood to big families for the for the many amenities and affordable pricing.

Very nice vacation home

The home was very clean with a lot of room and fun for all ages. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The resort pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all. I would recommend some additional pots and pans to add to the kitchen

Great place to stay and amenities

This place is great for families, as it offers a variety of things to do for every taste. The house is very comfortable and secure. Amenities are easy to use. We paid for the pool heat and it was perfect. Also, it is pretty close to the theme parks, restaurants and stores. This place is highly recommended!

Place was nice and clean! Villatel periodically checked on us was very reachable! I enjoyed the fact that they were very quick with responses and their genuine concern! I will definitely be booking other places with Villatel!

Beautifully decorated house

The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much room for me and my large group of family and friends! The pool and karaoke machine were a huge hit, and were used daily. Getting to hit the clubhouse was really cool too. It was another place that the adults to hang out and have a nice day outside the home!

This vacation home is AMAZING!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house itself was extremely huge and clean. The movie theater was awesome we couldn’t get it to work at first, but we contacted the host which they responded ASAP and walked us through which was very helpful. The game room and pool was also awesome. The house was equipped with everything we needed.Their was lots of space for my family. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. I will most def be booking this house again.

All and all it was a great house. We had a group of 5 kids and 14 adults, a majority travelled in from overseas. The bedrooms are all great sized and the amenities were as pictured. The house never felt too small for the amount of people. The location is about 20-30 minutes from the Disney parks and about 45 minutes to Universal and MCO. My biggest complaints were the lack of parking. The driveway holds 2 cars, but for the group our size we had 4. The first 2 days of our stay we could not find ANY parking. It wasn’t as bad during the week days , but there is a definite shortage of parking in the neighborhood and they are very strict with enforcing towing. There is also a definite lack of cleaning supplies. We were there for 2 weeks and ended up ordering a stick vac on Amazon to help clean up crumbs and dirt. The only thing available in the house was a broom and dustpan (no mop or vacuum). I’m sure that is fine for a shorter stay, but for 2 weeks it was not enough. The communication with Villatel started out great and they were very quick to send someone out to fix any issues we had, however on the last full day there one of the kids locked and closed a bathroom doors and we were unable to open it. We did text and were told they would send maintenance, but by check out time the next day they still had not sent anyone and all of the toiletries that were in that bathroom had to be abandoned. Also no fault of management, but cell service (T-Mobile) is basically non existent.

Wish the home was cleaner

We stayed here and the house was NOT clean and did not look like how clean it was in the picture. I did not write this review right away because I sent a direct email to the property to see what they would say or how they would work with me. I took many pictires to show them I was not exaggerating. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this home.
