What s sunny and vibrant and just 10 minutes away from the most iconic theme parks the world over? This delightful five-bedroom vacation villa where all your greatest family memories can be made. Not only is just a few miles from Disney, The Happiest Place On Earth, it s located on the exclusive, and amenities-rich Encore Resort, so there s always something exciting happening. And with themed bedrooms for the kids, a private pool and spa, a game room, and an activities loft, your children will have as much fun at home as they will in the parks.

Come on in and stretch out in the comfortably casual, but chic living room with plenty of space for socializing TV viewing, or game playing. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooks who want to prepare meals for the family just as they would at home. Here, they ll find everything they need for prep like spacious granite counters, premium appliances, and even a convenient breakfast bar for quick bites. An eight-seat dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate the whole crew. Speaking of the whole crew everyone will love competing in the decked-out game room with ping pong, air hockey, and foosball tables. There s even a dartboard! There s also a billiards and TV loft just off the upstairs bedrooms when you want to perfect your shot or binge-watch a favorite show.

I was really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that made the experience less than ideal. Most concerning was the fact that the property management company allowed a cable technician to enter the house without any notice. I was inside with my young children when a complete stranger just walked in. No call, no heads-up — nothing. It was an extremely unsettling and unsafe situation that should never happen in a rental property.In addition, the pool was not cleaned before our arrival, and despite reaching out to the management company, they didn’t send anyone to address it until the regularly scheduled cleaning — which was toward the end of our stay. That left us with just one day to enjoy the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked the property.The house itself was nice, but poor communication and lack of attention to basic guest expectations really took away from the experience. I hope the management company takes guest safety and responsiveness more seriously moving forward.

This property was just as advertised. Communication was quick and thorough, and the check in process was easy. I traveled with my adult kids and their spouses and we really enjoyed the house and the amenities included. Shopping was close, so it was easy to get anything we needed. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect, and the house is on a hill, so it was very private. No real problems with noisy neighbors, which was a concern. There were a couple small issues, but nothing that caused any inconvenience. Everyone loved it, and we were able to relax.

This was for an extended family trip, grandparents, parents and two teens, to get out of the cold and snow. We had a great week. We opted for the pool heat which was well worth it. We were in the pool every day. This location is very close to the parks although we didn't go to any. The house had many little extras that gave everyone something to do. The boys enjoyed the basketball court. Across the street is a full water park that is part of this complex. Many families with smaller children took advantage of it and they all seemed to have a great time.

I contacted the Jeeves Contact on the day of check in on Friday. Informed them the pool was full of leaves, dirt, oil residue and filth. Was advised someone would come out on Friday. No one came on Friday, Saturday . Someone showed up at 2pm On Sunday., day prior to checking out. The trip was ruined. Was only capable of using the pool on the last day of our reservation. Im a COVID Travel Nurse and I wanted to relax and spend time with family. This was a sore eye, as we desired to relax on the patio. We watched all of our neighbors enjoy clean pools with family and friends. This was a very negative experience, and its was very unsettling after traveling for over an year away from family. This was definitely not a great experience, instead it was horrific!!!

Super clean and organized--great safe neighborhood and location. Loved the pool and hot tub--we did request pool heat and it was perfect with the weather temps. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again!
