Great place!

My family and I had a great experience. The house was absolutely beautiful, the host was great. The only thing I would change is the check out time which is 10. I felt like we had to rush in the morning. Other than that I would recommend this place 10/10. And I will stay there again in the future.

The townhome was decorated beautifully and it was very easy to contact the owner.

The neighborhood has drastically changed from the last five years. Looks like they rent to anybody who’s a weed fest all day long you caught a contact bus of people on both sides next to us to us partied all day and all night and matter of fact the people next to us partied until 6 o’clock in the morning so these people that they’re running to aren’t being looked into terrible experience with the other renters but the townhome was nice and the owner was nice but I will not rent a townhome again over here

Minor Inconveniences

Overall the place was just as pictured but wear and tear was very noticeable all over the house. Some fixtures were falling apart. Stools had rips/tears on them. Some lights would not turn off at all. Although they mentioned someone would come, no one did. You have to pretty much bring all your own toiletries, including hand soap, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags. We were a family of 5 staying for 4 nights 5 days. I had to go shopping for the bare essentials of a home to get through the week.

Fun Stay

We really enjoyed our week here! Nice family neighborhood/resort area. There was issues with the pool heater, but the host was great on working with us and refunding that fee. I will say it’s not super kid friendly (toddler), but that was not a deal breaker for us just something to keep in mind. I was also a little disappointed in the fact that there was really minimal house hold items. We assumed (our fault) we would only need to buy groceries and anything extra we may need. We had to end up purchasing trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. These items were supplied but no where near enough for a week stay. For the cost of the rental I was disappointed there was not more attention paid to small details like this. All in all we would book here again if in the area.

Great place to stay for a home away from home!

We loved our stay here! After a 24 hour drive it was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and had everything we needed and more! We will definitely want to stay at this location again!
