Great stay and convenient location to experience Universal Studios. I was not prepared for the $31 dollar a day parking price though. Compared to other hotels that was midrange on parking. Overall beautiful hotel and getting a chocolate chip walnut cookie every day is always my favorite part!

The room with beds was sold out, I don't know why I still could book this. But the staff arranged a room with a sofa bed and gave us a refund.

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, kind and very attentive. It was a very busy weekend because they had large dance and cheer groups so the noise level was high but that was understandable. Highly recommend this property! Great food options on site and others very nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff there was top notch! The room was comfortable, only thing I missed was no coffee machine in room, they have an actual Starbucks onsite.

Very nice well kept property, nice grounds, nearby dining, large mall about 0.5 mi or so away , nice clean pool. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. And super close to Universal

My room was clean. Lobby well kept. Options for dining were good and some close by to walk to. Love the fountain outside Starbucks. Sipping away, enjoying Mother Nature:)

Excellent location as it is walking distance to universal and saves you from paying parking at the parks. The hotel lobby has many different options to eat and is very nice. The room is spacious and clean.

Walking distance to Universal Studios and close to premium outlets was great. Hotel had all the basic amenities plus good size pool, Starbucks, restaurants and ice cream shop on premise. My only complaint is that there was literally only one hook in the washroom for a room that sleeps four. A towel rack in the bathroom and few extra hooks in the room would have been nice for clothes and wet bathing suits/towels. That should be an easy fix for hotel management.
