Exquisite Vacation Villa in Championsgate

Championsgate, "The Retreat" offers a perfect vacation resort for families in search of unparalleled amenities in the Disney Parks area. The home also includes unlimited access to the Oasis Water Park! This 6-bedroom vacation haven offers comfortable and ample space for up to 13 guests. It offers 3 themed rooms for the Disney lover, toy fans and space enthusiasts. It also offers 3 beautifully decorated adult rooms with King size beds for relaxation. The home boasts of a themed games room for your entertainment equipped with air hockey, foosball table, game boards, smart TV and X-Box One video game console. The loft area is a cosy space equipped with 86 inch Smart TV for a cinematic experience. The home has a private pool on a south-facing garden which allows for reunions and relaxation. Poolside provides 8-seater dining table and loungers for your relaxations on days away from theme parks. With complimentary access to The Oasis Clubhouse which features a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, splash pad, fitness centre, spa, tennis court, and sand volleyball. Champions Gate Resort is situated in a prime central Florida location with less than a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World, other local attractions and approximately 35 minutes to MCO Airport.

Great House for Large Group or Families

Beautiful home just like the pictures. We had a group of eight adults and two children and the house was so spacious we could have had many more people with us and still been comfortable. I highly recommend this home. Beautiful neighborhood, pool, and the bonus water park was very nice as well. We had an issue with the lock that was resolved quickly with a phone call. Great service! Thank you! We highly recommend this home and would recommend to friends. Thanks for hosting us for a memorial family vacation.

Beautiful rental.

Everything was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had asked if there was a slow cooker and when we arrived a brand new appliance was on the counter. So very accommodating. We would definitely rent it again. Thank you.

Was great for a big family vacation!

The house was great for our big family vacation as we had nine people in the home, there was more than enough rooms for everyone to have enough space to get away when needed. Having the pool right out the back door for the kids was a blessing and also having a living room up and down stairs was a blessing. If we ever stay again in that area we would most definitely book the house again!

Fun Disney House

We had a great time and our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool. The kitchen was spacious and had all of the plates/utensils/cleaning items we needed. Overall a great stay!

Large house with easy access to Disney

Came with my family to experience Disney. Pros: House was very large. The groceries left at the beginning of our stay was a nice touch. Amanda was very easy to get a hold of and was helpful. About a 45 minute drive to Disney. Cons: The house could use a deep cleaning. The pool was supposedly heated but was only warm the first day. Lots of noisy construction nearby. Very few good eating options, only chain restaurants. To know: be prepared to buy/bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. we brought a lot of this stuff and topped up at the nearby Publix.

Fabulous Vacation Home!

The house was exactly as pictured, and did not disappoint! Very beautifully decorated. It was very clean and in excellent condition. Very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions, and wonderful to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful vacation home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. Very clean and spacious for a multi-family vacation. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The groceries supplied by host upon our arrival were wonderful. The swimming pool was enjoyed by everyone. I would definitely rent this gorgeous home in the future.

Very welcoming

The rental property is very nice and accommodating for a small family. The welcoming package of groceries, towels, soap and other things were very thoughtful and appreciated. I wish parking wasn’t so tight and that the community itself had everything close by instead of going to another subdivision to use other amenities. All in all I will definitely stay again I’ll just have to bring less guest with me lol.

Extended Family Vacay Success!!!

We stayed at this beautiful home with three generations and it was absolutely perfect! The main floor bedroom was perfect for grandparents. The kitchen and living room were spacious and clean for breakfast in the morning for the entire family. The screened in pool area with shade made outdoor lunch and swim sessions comfortable. And the rec room was fun for late evenings after the park. BUT wait there’s more…the second floor has 5 MORE beautifully appointed bedrooms and the loft area with the HUGE television made for a perfect movie night for the whole family. The house is in Championsgate so there are close amenities (e.g., grocery, restaurants, etc). We went to Universal and Animal Kingdom while we were there. The traffic was horrendous to Universal but not bad at all to Disney parks. In summary, definitely recommended for families who want a comfy clean beautiful home to relax in between park visits. Thanks for making our first post-COVID family vacay a success!!!
