Absolutely, exceptional and

From my prebooking questions to post arrival the service, communication, and process was beyond anything I could have expected. I was answered immediately under 30 minutes anytime I inquired a question whether it was before booking, during our stay, and post stay. The property was spotless and better than it was pictured. We truly felt at home while at this property and our family has already been in the works of rebooking again to stay we enjoyed and were so pleased with our stay.

Property photos were not the same as listed.

Property Photos were False. Yard overgrown, Pool filled with thick smelly green algae. Master Suite had no AC. Pool screens torn up. We were told Property was wheelchair friendly prior to our arrival but it was Not. We had to leave wife's powered wheelchair outside. Management Team, Sunny-Side Homes, was contacted about pool. Pool was mismanaged, drained and never refilled. It left a horrible stench.Sunny-Side Homes property management team never inspected the home prior to our arrival. We paid full price for a 26 day stay. We tried our best to work with the company but was not able to resolve the pool issue for the 26 days we were there. We asked for a partial refund on VRBOs contact thread -- And Sunny Side Homes said Yes. They had already submitted the claim for a partial refund for us. There had been no further contact from Sunny-Side properties nor the Owner. We waited for a month then proceeded with our CC company for the partial refund.SunnySide Homes suddenly responded threatening Legal Action and financial harm to us.Yet they wrote, agreed, and said yes to the partial refund.We would have liked to have resolved the issue amicably but after the Legal threat, we decided to post about our experience. Sunny Side Homes seemed to have a nice staff of people when we arrived but they never resolved the pool issue and then turned hostile after we left and they backed out on the refund.We were unlucky in having a great vacation.
