Almost Everything

My only complaint is the upstairs living furniture needs to be larger and more comfortable. That couch was small (considering the home size) and hard. We couldn’t all gather together up there to chat or play games unless we wanted to do it on the floor.

Great House For A Large Family Reunion!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion of 12 adults and 10 kids and the house was spacious enough with room to spare. Blue Sky Villas management were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. The community clubhouse was well managed and the pool areas were fantastic. We will definitely rent from them again!

Family Time

Communication with property management was excellent. The house was nice. Only complaint is the water pressure in the one King ensuite bedroom. I did not report the watee pressure. I also didnt like the carpet, personal preference. The walls going up the stairs could use a coat of paint or cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot spa were great.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we were not registered, which generated discomfort and even anxiety about having to look for a hotel, because they did not make it clear what to do during non-working hours.We did not find the house as clean as we expected.

Experience can be improved

The arcade machines were down for 2 days, the internet just went off 3 days before the check out date, the pinball machine had a glass broken (we have covered it to avoid any accident).

Florida family vacation

Blue Skies Management company was wonderful to deal with. Replied to any of my minor concerns almost immediately. We rented in the same complex 5 years ago with a different management company that was an absolute nightmare. My only minor complaint about the house was it could have used more pots/pans and containers for leftovers. House was everything that the photos showed. Our 8 grandkids loved the games room as did their parents. Public pool area. gym. games room ect was wonderful. Would definitely rent this property again!!! again!!!!

There are many fun activities for all ages, both at the rental itself and in the community area. The one thing it is missing is a playground. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly by a real person who actually answered the phone! (Although several things that weren't working were not fixed during our stay, none of them were critical.) We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

Lovely villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great villa - it was very spacious for our large family. Although it was advertised as near the parks due to the traffic everyday it generally took an hour to get to them but as Ubers were cheap it wasn’t a problem. We stayed for 2 weeks and it would have been nice for a broom/mop to have been available for us to give a quick clean downstairs.The pool and clubhouse were quite a trek from our villa so we only went once and it was quite difficult to get any sun loungers.My only gripe was on our day of departure as we couldn’t get a late checkout we had to leave the villa by 10am. Our flight wasn’t until the evening and we thought to spend the day at the pool clubhouse but there wasn’t anywhere to store our cases - it would have been nice for there to be a luggage storeroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate in every way. Every room was like brand new. The beds all were fantastic. The mattresses so firm yet soft, the bedding was the most comfortable ever. Even the kids mattress and beds were excellent. The washer and dryer worked so well, especially the dryer, we had a lot of laundry and it was always dry. The game room was really fun and could be cooled if you want it to be. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts the company and private owner were also wonderful when we had to cancel then rebook. They were nothing but quick to respond, understanding and extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be back the kids loved the pool too. Thank you so very much for our wonderful perfect stay.
