Horrible Experience!!

I came to Orlando for 2 reasons, one to take my staff & residents on vacation and 2 to find a vacation home that I intend to purchase. For this to be a home that is listed to host 28, they did NOT offer amenities to host 28 people! 1. There are 2 refrigerators 2 dishwashers yet a hand full of pots & pans to cook with and literally no bakeware. We had to purchase our own cookware to properly utilize the kitchen. 2. I booked this particular house specifically for the gaming & movie theater area. The game room is useless as the motorcycles do not work, the game controllers are broken and the exercise bike does not turn on. The theatre room…just wow, needs and entire update as the furniture is cracked & looks bad and we could not watch any movies as the projector was not working. On day 3, what was supposed to be our in house day turned into another day out which will equals more money spent because the activity amenities of the home were useless. I reached out to property management multiple times & although they responded occasionally, they NEVER sent anyone out as promised. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. 3. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning crew or if there is an underlying issue but the home smells of a dirty wet mop as soon as you walk in the door and throughout the kitchen area. The best you could describe the smell is being cleaned with dirty mop water. I looked at other vacation rentals in the area for purchase and they all offered better living space & ammentities

Family trip Vacation 2025

It was marvelous love to stay the room was big and beautiful and the pool was nice but I had one problem. The TVs didn’t work. From didn’t work the patrol. The game patrol was broken but other than that we had a good time.
