Mickey Hideaway Villa cordially invites you to stay at our home! Gather your family or closest friends to come stay and play in sunny Florida. Stay in this
beautiful 6 Bedroom/4 Bathroom villa, located in the popular Windsor Hills Resort, and play the day away at Disney World or a multitude of other Central Florida attractions that are merely minutes away. Windsor Hills Resort is an upscale, gated vacation rental resort; maintaining its exclusive feel and privacy with the benefit of 24 hr. security.
While the villa has its own private fully-screened pool, should you desire to go out and socialize, the community offers a wonderful clubhouse which is open to guests year round and features a large communal pool with non-heated water slide, hot tub, sun loungers, as well as an arcade, fitness center, and sundries shop. There are playground areas throughout the resort, along with pickleball, tennis courts and basketball court or try your skills on the putting green.

The space
As you enter the house you’re greeted by the wonderful open layout of the entire first floor, first is the front living room and formal dining room areas. The dining table provides seating for 8. Walk a bit further and you’ve entered the back living room, kitchen and breakfast nook areas with lovely views of the patio and pool. There is breakfast bar seating for 2, as well as a breakfast table with seating for 4. Here, the family can gather to watch a movie, cook a delicious meal in the ample and well stocked kitchen or have a cup of tea while chatting at the breakfast table.

Slide the patio door open and the sunshine awaits you! The lovely south facing private screened in patio is the perfect setting for hours upon hours of fun in the sun! The overhang enables outdoor enjoyment, no matter the weather. There is a dining set with seating for 6, and many comfortable seating options to choose from. Whether it’s swimming in the pool, a moment of peace spent in the spa, a bbq session or sunbathing in a lounge chair, the options are endless!

The colorful superhero themed climate controlled game room is stocked with a pool table, foosball, air hockey table, a PlayStation 4 and seating. Here, the family can get a friendly competition going! Just outside the game room is the laundry room.

All suites feature bed linens, a tv, blinds, a nightstand, a bedside lamp, ceiling light/fan, a closet with hangers, a luggage rack, a laundry basket and an extra blanket.

There is a king suite on the first floor which is very convenient for any guests who cannot climb stairs, as everything needed is located on the first floor. The first floor King suite is complete with a King bed with dresser and night stands, tranquil view of the patio and access to a full bathroom.

The remaining 5 suites are located on the second floor. There is a master king suite with a spacious full en-suite bathroom. There are also second king en-suite and 1 King bed with access to a shared full bathroom. The final two suites feature two twin beds each and are Disney and Sports themed.

All bedroom suites are complete with pillows and bed linens. All bathrooms feature a toiletry starter kit, towels, 1 toilet paper roll and a garbage bag in the bin.

Guest access
Guests have access to all resort amenities. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the resort amenities.

*The POOL & SPA heat is NOT included. Onsite BBQ is an additional fee. Please inquire if interested.

This Villa is secured with a pool alarm for our guests safety.

Our Villa provides a initial starter pack which includes: 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom 1 paper towel roll in kitchen, 2 garbage bags and one in each garbage can, 1 sponge, 1 mini dish soap,1 dishwashing tablet, 1 laundry pod. Otherwise this is a self catering home.

For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance in the front and side of the home.
