Glen Villa - Huge 5 Bed 4 Bath Home Newly Modernized Secluded Pool Deck

This large five bedroom villa on Calabay Park, with top class furnishings, has everything you might be looking for. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and space for everybody are included. Enter the villa to immediately find a formal dining area and family lounge with large comfy sofas and flat-screen TV. Access to the pool deck is from here as well. A second lounge has been furnished with comfy sofas, large flat-screen TV and a games console, the perfect place for the kids to hang out! Upstairs is another small lounge area with seating and a computer, just the place for catching up with emails or reading a novel. The kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, sits near a breakfast dining nook overlooking the pool. The Master bedroom, with King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet sits on the ground floor and offers access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, has a Queen-size bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom contains a Queen-size bed, and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 has a triple bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top), whilst bedroom 5 is a twin room and has been decorated in a style to suit anybody. The carpeted games room has been furnished with a pool table and a table football game, together with seating for spectators. Outside, the massive pool deck area, with private pool and spa, offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family and a large covered dining area for alfresco living.

Place was great! Clean and very comfortable for 10 of us! Highly recommended!

Debbie, our host was very responsive when we had questions. Even on Christmas Day.....😬 she made it a very memorable stay. Right from the start with the cookies and milk, when we arrived at midnight on Christmas Eve. Had a part fail on the pool heat, and was quick in handling it. And allowed us some extra time while leaving on our last day. Thanks Debbie!! The house was everything as advertised. Very clean and accommodating for all of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood and good location to anything we needed. Will definitely stay there again or at least stay in one of The properties managed by Debbie and her staff.
