Beautifully appointed home in a well established gated neighborhood. Minutes to anything in Orlando. Complete relaxation ! We have used VRBO at least 10 years and have never had an issue.

The house overall is in need of paint, a decent cleaning (was dirty) and repairs need to be made in almost every area of the home. The pictures online just be at least 5 years old or older based on the current condition of the home. 1-Keypad was low battery and management wouldn’t let us in 15 min early. 2- pool was filthy, hose was in it, pool not running, turned pool on finally on Thur, bricks are loose around the hot tub, dirty rug hung over the fence, outdoor cushions are filthy 3- lights in bunk room are off (no way to turn on), bunk bed housing is in need of repair, splintered wood here and there and saggy steps to get to the top 4- tile in master bath is cracked and tiles move, master right sink doesn’t drain, master shower has no water pressure and the shower itself was dirty, faucet on tub isn’t the right size for the tub it’s misaligned and it leaks 5- blinds in living room are all scratched and beat up, cobwebs in chandeliers, dining table is scratched and stained, 6- knob on kitchen cabinet is ripped off, dirty dishes and silverware put back in drawers and cabinet 7- no starter products (hand soaps, shampoo etc) Only half rolls in bathroom of tp, 8- items left out front on couch, trash cans were full, no extra trash bags 9- only one master bedroom w king but the listing says 2 MB king rooms. One of the 6 bedrooms isn’t attached to the main house. Tinker bell room has a tiny twin.

After being charged a large nightly fee to heat the pool we arrived to a freezing pool. Management said heater goes off at night due to noise pollution and that it wld take 24 hrs to heat up. Which is it?? 24 hrs to heat up or its off at night. It gets worse - went to put first load of clothing in dryer to find out it was broken. After sending there own maintenance employee who knew nothing about appliance repair I was told they would need to schedule a service call. This never happened for the duration of our stay which caused us to hang dry clothing, borrow a neighbors machine and unfortunately caused us to use the same soiled towels for our entire stay. Unfortunately there was more..There is a room with 4 beds that has all these cool led lights. The switch was bad and night 1 we were unable to shut down the disco tech effects. We ended up with 2 children in our bed for the night. Great way to start our vacation in Orlando. Being in property management myself I understand things happen. My main issue here is the lack of attentiveness to then issues. I was told things like Sorry we dont know what to tell you. I was never offered a solution and at a certain point they stopped responding to my emails leaving me without a solution. Disappointing at best!

We have stayed at Reunion 1-2 times per year over the last 10 years and love the resort. We normally book directly with Reunion Resort or through Reunion Vacation Homes. We booked a home through Reunion Vacation Homes again this year but were surprised with the service. We booked a home which included Reunion amenities including the waterpark. During our 2nd day there I stopped by their office to request an amenities card for the pool areas as they now require one of the chipped cards to access these areas. Cards are issued with a $50 refundable deposit. There were no cards available when we stopped by but my name was placed on a waiting list. Customer service rep (CSR)advised I was the only person on the list and one would be available once guest checked out later that day. No problem and I provided my phone #. Called their number later that evening and spoke to another rep who did not provide the same level of service or simple courtesy. I asked about a card being available and advised I left my number at the office. Her response was "No one is calling you back from the office, you will need to stop by again." I advised her of my conversation with the CSR earlier and she stated I would receive a call back and I was the only person on the waiting list. I asked why wouldn't she call me back after she said she would. She again reminded me no one was calling back and I would need to continue to ride by the office until they have a card. Seems ludicrous that they cannot call back when one is available. Especially when they said they would. I was then put on hold and she came back on later and stated my home did not come with the Reunion Membership services therefore we did not get a card. I assured her Reunion Membership was included with our home. I was put on hold again. She then came back on and stated I had the membership and was on a waiting list. At this point she wasn't sure about any of the details and seemed to want to off the phone. At this point we were both frustrated and I advised we would simply jump the fence if we needed access. Of course we did not and also did not have access to those areas. We have never experienced this type of service from RVH in over ten years. This was a $4,000 week home on the Nicklaus course and you would think service would be up to par. We did not use the community pools the entire week, coupled with the bad experience really put a damper on our vacation. Funny how disappointing one interaction with a CSR member can ruin the mood for days. I understand cards are first come first serve, however that was not the issue with this interaction. The issue was the poor attitude with the CSR. Very disappointing and makes one question whether staying with a 3rd party renter for Reunion is the best option. We have never experienced this issue when working directly with Reunion Resort.
