Great Property and location

2nd time we have stayed here and brilliant property and location. Very clean inside and kitchen excellent. Location great for local pool and 20 min walk to main resort pool.

Great location

The house is located in a nice section of the resort with a golf view, the house is nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Great home and great location

Our stay was great. Home was clean and very nicely updated. Also parking was only a few short steps from front door which made it very convenient and pool was also extremely close. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very nice, we did have a few issues with lack of information about amenities and amenity card. No pool location left at condo or which ones we had access to. Checkout was a many day process but we really enjoyed condo.

Will definitely rent again

Property was just as advertised. Check in was very easy. I have very high standards for cleanliness and when we walked in, I was very pleased. The home was spotless. There were a few issues but they kept in touch with us and tried to resolve quickly.

Great place

Really enjoyed our week. The condo was very clean and up to date. Great location and the process was fairly easy. The only confusion was that we did not have access to all the amenities even though the add said we did. ie we went to play mini golf but were told that we couldn't. Not a big issue and we would definitely book this unit again. Thx from the Ostrosser family

Great location but shows wear.

Location is great and we live Reunion. However Master shower was a problem, door leaks very bad all over the floor, they sent someone multiple times to fix but never fixed it so we had to use all our towels to mop floor every time we took a shower. Also shower drain backs up. I’ve stayed in the home in the past but it seems like it’s starting to show its age and needs updating and thorough deep cleaning.

the overall stay was great, place was missing rec covers and three smoke detectors and the front door lock and latch needs to be replaced. The only thing i didn't like is the fact about not turning down the ac below 72, to me 72 is not comfort degree and if there was damage i would have been responsible. My problem is that the ac filters haven't been changed i could see nothing but dust on the return's vents filters. And all outside units was dirtying meaning dirty coils. I have been an Electrician for 20 years working on units i can tell just by looking at them, that no prevented maintence has been done. But the places is nice and a great location

Please check some of the reviews on Google before booking with this property. I have been an owner of 2 Villas in Orlando for more than 10 years and I also rented several times properties in Orlando, but I never have been charged some fake deductions from my security deposit. The management company charged me $50 for 3 stains on the bathroom towels, after having rented the property for 2 weeks. The property & resort are lovely but don’t be fooled that you have get access to all the amenities on the resort as you only get access to the pools. The listing is inaccurate. The cleanliness was debatable as rugs were dirty and there were many black hairs on the floor. Overall, the property is lovely but the property manager is to be avoided and I will report them to VRBO as they seem to have a general practise of keeping their guests’ deposit.

Fun in Florida

Long story short, it was a very nice property, we had a good time and would go back. A few bumps in the road but nothing major. Its close to I4 so it was never more than 18 to 22 minutes to any of the Disney Parks if you beat the morning rush. Thanks to Waze, trips home in the evening were a breeze too. Maybe a touch longer but I'd trade a longer drive with no traffic for a short one with tons of traffic. Less than 5-minutes to a Publix and a person wants to hit a Walmart, there is one 10 minutes away. The property "key card" afforded us easy access to the property and we could skip the security booth.
