Gorgeous house with everything we needed!

It is better than what you see in photos! The beds are comfortable like those of an excellent 5 star hotel we loved everything about the home. We would book this house again!

Great host and home!

The house was amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was very efficient. A perfect fit for our family of 20 and had plenty of space for the kids and adults!

The Perfect Home away from Home!

As you walk into the Home you are absorbed by the beautiful decor!!! This well equipped kitchen with a grand white counter to seat 5 to 6ppl. opens up to reveal a very inviting great room! Dining room seating for 14 ppl! The bedroom were super comfortable and every room was more inviting then the next. We had Several issues with the wifi and the Game room. Jeeves mgmt sent Brian and he did a awesome job, very professional and corrected every problem. My family loved every moment. My only negative is accessing the property during check inj.

House as pictured but...

House looked exactly like the pictures and it was really beautiful! They really thought of everything to help you enjoy your stay. My family and I had the best time while in Florida and hardly had to leave the house because there was always something to keep you entertained. But... There was a used bandaid in the downstairs bathroom and what I assumed was dry blood next the shower door. The carpets were kind of dirty and there was so much trash in the bin when arrived we couldn't fit ours on the first night, but the house is huge so it's understandable. We had a visitor and they parked on the sidewalk and their car got towed before the cut off time of 10pm. But the parking is terrible there. There's these big homes with 10+ bedrooms and only two parking spots per house. They do provide additional parking lots but they fill up pretty quick. A lot of parties during the weekend which is fine if you don't mind that type of scene. On our last night someone was shot at one of the parties not sure if they survived or not. Overall, great experience the property was quick to respond to any issues and easy communication.

Beautiful house

We had a great stay, the listing was very accurate. Something to note is that is can take upwards of 35 min to get into the property due to traffic at the entry gate and we had an issue with the pool/hot tub where the entire pool heated up to 103 and was unusable for the day, other than that we had a great stay. Also there was no vacuum and when we called to get one we were told one was on the way and nobody every showed.

There were some issues join arrival however the issues were addressed when I called.

For the most part I enjoyed the home. The home and decor was beautiful. Not all the games work but I understood that with first coming in and out things happen and they came and tried to fix it which I felt was great it didn't stop the kids from having fun. All in all I would definitely return. I am planning a trip now for this year and VRBO is the way we are going.

Beautiful Property....but lacking in some ways.

We had a wonderful stay. The place lived up to the pictures with a few exceptions. Bedrooms and beds were great. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was lacking in large spoons, ladles, etc for a large group. The game room games were not working properly, but the kids played anyway. We also parked a wagon out near the trash bin and it disappeared during our stay. Overall it was great and we had a great time!!

Great stay in Davenport

Great place for a family vacation. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms downstairs for easy access from the pool. Parking is a challenge. Only 2 vehicles fit in the driveway. Other vehicles had to be parked about a block away; not a big deal but we did have to shuffle vehicles throughout the week. Roads are narrow and if guests park in road, it becomes problematic. Dual refrigerators held plenty of food and beverages for 20 people. Property Management service was responsive; we had a couple of minor issues that were resolved in a timely fashion. Overall, the place worked out great.

This is a great place to stay well visiting FL.

We loved the house we gave it a Five Star rating only thing we hated was the Parking and no Yard so kids can run around.

Book this house!

This house was amazing!!! We loved having free wifi access, tons of games to play for the kids (thank God!), movie nights in the theatre, grilled lunches, pool games, hot tub relaxtion for the grownups, and more! Honestly, we didn't know if booking the home would work out during these crazy times but we're so happy that we took the plunge and came here. We're looking to come again next year!

It was very nicely maintained, sparkling clean, the pool had crystal clear water in it and was very well furnished. We really appreciate all the efforts our host made to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be visiting again!

Family vacation

Overall the property was nice. There were a ton of ants on the kitchen counter and in the upstairs master bathroom as well as the upstairs back bedroom bed. Additionally, the internet kept going out leaving us with no hardly no phone service. Kids definitely enjoyed the arcade but for the price I think the problem with the ants and internet connectivity should not have been a issue. Overall it was a good property.

Just beautiful

This house was just as pictured but more beautiful in person. We were a large group with many children and everyone was able to find something they loved with the home! The pool, theater, game room, were highlights for all of us. We had an amazing time and would love to come back here!
