March Break Holiday

Other than a couple of issues with the pool, which were resolved, we loved the house and location. Would definately book again!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with very responsive host. Wonderful location close to parks especially for first Disney trip vacation. Home was as advertised and very clean. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable.

Last minute family vacation

Last minute family vacation is always nerve racking but when we arrived they were so accommodating allowing us to check in early. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool was perfect for our little family getaway. The sectional in living room was kind of uncomfortable , the wood pieces are starting to stick out but nothing a couple pillows behind you couldn’t take care of. Will definitely check it out again when we plan to go back!

Christmas get away

We were a family of 6 that stayed for a week over Christmas break. We had a little bump in the road at check in but a quick call to management got it resolved. The house is older and does show some wear. To us that is to be expected with a rental. The house met our needs. It had plenty of accessories in the kitchen so we were able to cook breakfast every morning before heading to the parks. The drive to the parks (we did Universal) was not bad. In prime busy hours it took up to an hour, but FL traffic is just busy. When we would go early in the morning it would only take about 25 minutes. Furniture could really use an update. Couches are old and worn and a couple of the beds were not comfortable. The master bed has a topper on it so it was very comfortable. The communication with the owner was incredible. We did need to contact him a few times and he always answered within minutes. For the price this house was what we expected and communication exceeded expectations.

Good vacation home

Close to essentials and access to the neighborhood is very convenient. House is just what you need. Much better than a hotel. Would stay here again!

It was our first visit to Florida and this rental did not disappoint it is a beautiful place and close to stores for any of your needs, the pool and pool table was a bonus we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Quite after a long work day

The house was great for what we needed, a place to go after a long day of volunteer work. Easy to get to, away from all the hustle and bustle. Would use it again if the need be.

Great stay

House was way bigger than I thought it would be. Loved it. Only things i can suggest to make it better is to explain the alarms on the pool doors. We looked in the book but found nothing. Also, pizza pan and cutter. Not a huge deal but could be helpful to future guests!! Again, we loved the house and enjoyed our stay very much!!

Large house with plenty of sitting space

We stayed for a month at the property with children and young grandchildren. House has plenty of space with 2 large seating areas, a large kitchen area and a dining room. Pool was heated nicely once requested. The furniture is dated but clean. Beds comfortable. Location for shopping and restaurants is excellent. Proximity to golf course was an added benefit. We golfed a number of times at the course. Had difficulty with wi-fi for remote working although it worked fine for emails, browsing, social media etc. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great Property, even better manager

Property is a little way out from a lot of restaurants (like on the 192) but has an excellent smaller mall with a huge Publix and a petrol station, IHOP etc which is walkable. We had a couple of very minor issues and the property manager could not have been more responsive. Was able to help immediately-which is what you need to know to give you some confidence. It ended up being the perfect base for us as we had a hire-car to get around with. The pool is a little smaller than other properties we've stopped at but it wasn't smaller than advertised (we new it looked smaller so it wasn't a shock), just something to bare in mid if you have full guest capacity or kids

Disney Vacay

The location is not far from Disney, but it does take about 1/2 hour, give or take, to get to Disney Springs due to traffic. There is a Publix right down the road which is super convenient. We had plenty of towels and kitchenware at the house for eating at ‘home’ instead of eating out and we were thankful. Overall very good experience.

Overall nice stay

When 1st checking in I did notice a lot of trash around the outside of the residence on the ground. I took several pictures of damage around the house. Screen being torn, damage to the lock at the door, handle broken off of garage door on the outside and all the trash. It was decent but for the extra hidden costs I don't think we will be doing it again.

Good property for families

The property is Beautiful! From the outside it looks small, but it has a ton of space inside! The house seemed really clean, except the chairs and table in the pool area. They could use a good pressure washing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were soft, linen was clean. Tons of dishes and silverware, we didn't need to buy anything extra. There is a pool table in the garage which was a nice surprise! We stayed for a cheer convention. The ride to the ESPN Wide World of Sports took us about 30-40 minutes to get to daily. Disney took anywhere from 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a large family. I would stay here again 🙂

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable enough. Our first night my daughter found hairs in her sheets in both the twin beds which made us question if any sheets were washed. I ended up washing all sheets. I contacted management who offered to have someone come change them but didn’t really want anyone stopping by. Overall it’s as pictured. The carpet is pretty worn out it could be replaced. Some stuff is updated but some is worn and old looking. Didn’t really affect our stay but I would probably look somewhere else for next time.
