I’ll start off by saying it was super easy to check in. Got the door code via email (make sure you read how to use it) and got the QR code via email to get into Storey Lake rentals.But,we paid $50 extra for a grill we returned after a long day of watching volleyball and the grill was locked and there was no propane in the tank. So had to reach out to the owner which was easy to do but we shouldn’t have had to do that.Had to plan a quick dinner that we didn’t previously plan for and was told we can go get the propane and they would reimburse us or we could get propane the next day which was already 10:00 PM when we returned to the house.Drains in the upstairs master bedroom had a ton of hair and what looked like a lot facial hair build up in them and there were lots of gnats in the bathroom. The decals on the bedroom wall in the Pooh Bear room were falling off and also had what appears to be holes in the walls where a shelf was previously or a picture. There also was a missing closet door in that same room.The downstairs bathroom had a strong stench of urine and there was some blood on the downstairs comforter.Pool light didn’t work so we never had a pool light for a night time swim when that was the most convenient time to go.If you stay here beware of the hard rock beds and the worst sleep of your life.Dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes and the sink clogged when water ran.I know these are mostly little complaints but when I’m supposed to be on vacation I expect to relax
