Spacious home perfect for the Holidays!

Overall great stay. Owner was very communicative and able to assist with issues that arose during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is packed with fun family activities!

Great location and wonderful house

We were a family with two teenagers and this house was perfect. Far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to get there easy enough. Plenty of room, everything you need and the pool was a hit with the kids in days we didn’t do anything. Would recommend

Nice Quiet Neighbourhood

We stopped here for 2 weeks having stayed in the Champions Gate area previously. I would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the parks but want to take time away to relax. Communication with host was excellent, she was super responsive and ready to help if needed. The house is as pictured and was immaculately clean.

Wonderful Family Vacation Villa in Davenport, Florida

We had a fantastic time at Laura’s villa in Davenport. The location was ideal for visiting Disney and Universal, although there were some roadworks that slowed us down a bit. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. We loved the kitchen, the large fridge freezer, and the dishwasher. We also appreciated the washing and drying machines, which came in handy for all the towels and turning some of our clothes around! The pool was amazing, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was so relaxing to read there in the evenings after a busy day at the parks. Laura was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Orlando. Thank you, Laura, for making our vacation memorable!

The property is in a quiet peaceful area, as soon as we walked in the door we felt welcomed and relaxed.

Tolles, großes Haus mit schönem Pool - in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es ist ein Selbstversorger Haus, es gibt eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle. Alles weitere muss man selbst dabei haben / besorgen. Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Aufgrund des Verkehrs braucht man mindestens 30-40 Minuten zu SeaWorld, Disney und Co. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer war für unseren Geschmack nicht ganz so bequem und die Polster der Terrassenmöbel bräuchten mal ein Update. Sonst war aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
