Naturally, with a modern, high-end resort property, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a small starter selection of hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage - which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop.
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9pm
ID is required to confirm booking and access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’). In most cases bookers must be 25 years old (young families and children are welcome) and additional security information may be requested in the event the booker lives in the local area. In these cases guests should reach out first to check the reservation will be able to proceed. This supports our commitment to a quiet resort environment and no parties at our home.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
