Wonderful property so we booked a second trip

This house has it all, wonderful living space, pool, lake view, wildlife right outside, supermarkets within easy reach and so much more in the lovely area of Clermont. We were there for quite a while so we wanted to treat it like it was our own home. We really didn’t want to leave.

Spacious home in Orlando area

Great location for a family and very accessible. We stayed for a cheerleading competition for my daughter. The cleanliness of the house/pool was a little rough and we left it cleaner than we found it but the club house and spacious rooms were great!

April Vacation

House was gorgeous, location was amazing but it was not properly cleaned. Counters were sticky dishes were not cleaned and there was dust everywhere. The pool was not cleaned as well, there was too much chlorine in the pool it burned my son’s legs.

Great place to stay! We found everything as advertised and the property in excellent condition. Shopping was convenient and a short drive to Disney. Property would be our first choice on our next visit to Disney.

Great location

Great location to access Disney entertainment, easy day trips to both the Ocean and the Gulf. Private pool and hot tub felt great after a long day of touring the area.

Awesome location

Overall our stay was very good. The heating for the pool was not adequate. The breaker tripped three different times. The property manager was efficient and the second time was able to give instructions on the phone. Third time was closer to our departure date so didn’t bother. The dryer hose came off but the P manager fixed in a timely manner. I cleaned the patio door tracks for easier access. This house is great just needs a little TLC. Would certainly rent again.

Great stay in Clermont

Great family stay at this home in Clermont. We really enjoyed our time at the property and the pool. Owners are great communicators! Was able to work remotely just like when working at home! Great place!

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops, wonderful south facing (heated) pool + Jacuzzi. Perfect communication with property manager/maintainance David: responded within minutes, helped quickly with everything we needed. We'd love to come again!

Perfect quiet location, beds were very comfortable and would definitely stay again, only criticism would be that the spa jets didn’t work and air hockey table is broken and unusable!

Needs alittle up keep, from general wear and tear. Can tell it’s a busy rental. But a good house in a good location. Close to everything. We loved the layout, made house feel bigger than it was. Would stay again.

Great house...great vacation!

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. We were within minutes of shopping, restaurants and Disney attractions. Make sure to bring everything you need for the week: trash bags, napkins, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. We highly recommend this house. Enjoy! °0°

Disney getaway

The pool and hot tub area were outstanding as was the lakeside location. The floor plan is great for multigenerational accommodations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room. That being said, the incidentals of the home need to replenished and increased to accommodate a family of 5-7 people. The number of Silverware, towels, and dishes were just not enough. It is just a 20 min drive to Disney and a very quiet community.

Great Family Friendly Vacation Home

First of all the owners are great to work with. The home itself is a great value. Our kids loved the pool and game room. The lake view is spectacular along with all kinds of wildlife right outside your back door. The trip to Disney was about 20 to 25 minutes with traffic. I will never pay the high prices for a Disney resort with places like this to stay so close. Felt like home and then some!

Perfect! Perfect in every little detail

The beauty of this home was stunning. I usually stay in hotels, so this was my first home rental. I was amazed at the beauty, cleanliness, luxury and coziness of this home. This house has it all: Outside parking + garage (inside which you have billiards, ping pong table, air hockey, coal for BBQ), 2 living rooms with TV, 4 bedrooms with big TVs in them, wireless internet, fridge with embedded watercooler and ice machine, washing machines and dishwasher plus amazing private pool and jacuzzi. Seriously, this home was perfect in every small detail. I will definitely stay there again if I revisit Orlando. Did I say the pool and jacuzzi were overlooking a lake? Yeah, this villa is awesome.

Room for improvement

The villa was clean and tidy but had signs of ageing. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards need an upgrade, as do the showers. The tv handset didn’t work correctly, and the cues for the pool table were broken. The pool furniture has seen better days, and the pool deck looked in need of some attention. In spite of all this, we did enjoy the holiday. Lots of wildlife around the lake, and the hot tub and pool were great. The location was quiet., but Walmart, Starbucks and other food outlets a short drive away.

Amazing stay!

I stayed at this beautiful home for 5 days in September with my family. The house is absolutely beautiful. It's maintained in what I would say is perfect condition. I felt like I was the first person to ever stay there. The house is located close to restaurants and many activities. We visited Universal Studios during our stay and it was about a 25-30 min drive. We had a great time and only had one very small issue with the pool and when I contacted Pearl, she stayed in touch with me every step of the way until the property mgr was able to take care if the issue. I highly recommend this home and I would definitely stay here again!! PS: Pearl so sorry I didn't write the review sooner, it's been a hectic few months. But thank you again or everything!!!!
