Positives- 1.Great location!2.Room size and bedding was nice. 3. Neighborhood pool/gym was well maintained and easy to access.4. Overall, a beautiful home with ample space to come together or get some space when needed. Negatives-1. Listing headline says hottub, much further down page in details it says it isn't (but also lists it again in amenities).2.BBQ is pictured and listed as amenity. You actually rent one, it's much smaller. Would've been better off renting privately.3. We had to purchase cookware, mixing bowls, and even a broom. Definitely not like your typical large rental kitchen. 4. Communication is spotty. 5. Last but not least, this property needs better enforcement of rules. So many people parking on street, you could barely get in and out.
