Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always rent from Florida Spirit. Always satisfied with the houses we stay in. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Could use new carpet. It was very worn out. We enjoyed the pool after a day in the parks.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very dirty. Carpet not clean visible dirt on both sitting areas in living room. Severe ant problem in bedrooms and outside on patio. My family including my children had ant bites and ants in the beds. 3 beds were broken in the house. Visible stains in toilets and tubs. Brown water in some of the bathrooms running in tubs and toilets. The pool was cloudy and had bugs floating in water. I have pictures and videos of all issues. I have rented from Florida Spirit many times before and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Roach Infestation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just stayed at this property and it was a horrible and traumatic experience. When we first arrived, the place seemed adequately cleaned but we soon learned that was not true. The first night of our arrival, over 20 roaches began to run out from under the fridge. We contacted the property management company and they sent someone with a can of bug spray the next day. That afternoon, another roach ran inside the stovetop under the knobs. They sent someone to spray stronger chemicals the next day and then we spotted a roach upstairs. To my horror, when I finally arrived back home, I found a dead roach in my shoe!!! In addition, the master bathroom toilet had visible black grime inside, the pool was dirty and spiders kept falling in it because the screen was covered in spider webs. Also, the ice maker was broken for the duration of stay and it obviously needed cleaning. The owner refunded a small amount of what we paid but this was not sufficient to account for the trauma we experienced on what should’ve been a vacation. I highly recommend avoiding this property unless you enjoy roaches.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy

Filthy & unacceptable.

The home was filthy when we walked in to the property. Every single wall was dirty, looked like somebody spilled something on the wall in the master bedroom bathroom downstairs. The walls going up the stairs were filthy. The carpet was filthy. Basically black. Home wasn’t equipped with basic essentials like hand soap, dish soap or clean bath towels. Half of the bath towels were disgusting. Had black stuff all over them like they cleaned the floor with them. Thank god some of us brought our own towels. We went to use the grill, there was no gas. Went to buy a propane tank and went to start the grill and it was filthy. When I asked before our check in if we would be able to use the grill, the host said it would be okay as long as we didn’t leave gas tank empty and cleaned the grill. When I brought the dirty grill and empty gas tank to her attention she told me I needed to clean the grill or I’d be charged a cleaning fee for it. We didn’t use the grill or any of the gas from the new propane tank we purchased. We were so disgusted with how dirty the home was that we ended up leaving early. When I asked us to be refunded for 1 day because of all the issues, it has been crickets when communication was great prior and during our stay. I do not recommend this home to anybody expecting a clean and relaxing stay. The amount of money we paid to stay here and enter a filthy home was unacceptable. Every other home we have rented for our yearly family vacation in Orlando has been nothing but perfect and clean. This home was a huge disappointment & waste of money.
