Vacation

This property was very nice and clean. The pool was actually a nice size compared to other places I’ve stayed at. We took our little dog with us and trusted leaving her there alone since the neighborhood was gated and there was active security around. We will definitely we staying here again!

Cute house

The house its self is well decorated and clean. The comforter in the downstairs bedroom was dingy and the rug in the living room seemed dirty. The rest of the house was clean. I feel that the listing and pictures of the arcade, basketball court, lazy river is a bit deceptive as those are over a mile away. They were packed as they are open for rent to host birthday parties at.

Problems with the electronic devices, problems with the lock, problems with the garbage, security guard and problems with the no answer from the management company to aloud me get in after updating my stay.

Weekend fam trip

The property is a little distance from main attractions but the amenities at the property are excellent. One thing to note is the house had no ceiling fans to keep air flowing. The upstairs bedrooms were a little too warm for comfortable sleeping in April and would be not pleasant in the Florida summer months. The thermostat is limited to the setting being no lower than 70.

Great place to stay, but was missing some essentials. No seasonings, coffee, kitchen sponge to wash dishes or a few laundry pods to wash a load of laundry. Nice place but missing basic essentials.
