Perfect Family Getaway- beautiful home and wonderful host!

We enjoyed a superb, stress free family vacation at this beautiful and well appointed home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. The game room and pool area are highlights that added to our family vacation

Nice Place to Stay

Unit sits a little back within the resort, missed that an additional fee was required for heating the pool which I thought given price would be included so make sure to pay for it if you want it in cooler weather visits. Otherwise really a nice place, very clean and comfortable home for a week trip. Sits right on the golf course which is nicer for golfers

Come prepared

I have been in sort term rental biz for 30 years, as an owner, in NC, the Keys, and Cape Coral. I have never had a low rating.... all 5's. We provide everything a guest needs except clothes, food and drinks. This house was bare. We had to buy a spatula, spices, baking pans, all condiments, hand mixer, light bulbs, and TP. The main TV was hard to use, and we could not get the main networks. Pool was nice. As the house will sleep a lot of people, it should have 2 refrigs, or a small drink refrig. View pf the golf course was nice.

Review

We ran into an issue with the door code, the code given was not accepted on the door keypad. I called customer service and they unlocked the door for us and had a technician come out in less than two minutes to change the code for entry. It was a wonderful experience, especially communicating with customer service, they were prompt and patient. The place was very clean and nice, I want to come back.

Would be good for a golf getaway.

The office was difficult to work with. Too many emails and requirements. When we arrived, the office could not find our reservation in the system. Towels were limited and pots for cooking were sparse. Great location for a golf vacation.
