A fabulous holiday
The villa was in a lovely location in a gated community. It was large and spacious with a lovely pool area overlooking the tennis courts . It was clean and tidy and perfect for our family . Ken was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed of anything i needed to know . We would definitely come back

Great stay!
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in Lake Berkeley so have knowledge of this district. The house was just as it was advertised. We only had a short stay here but I was happy with the house. The owner warned us that some of the blinds were damaged and are being replaced soon which was a problem to us. Ken was very prompt answering any queries I had about the property and nothing was too much trouble . Thank you Ken.

Overall we were very pleased. Nice, spacious house in a gated community. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close enough to Cape Canaveral we saw a rocket launch from the yard. Close to Disney. Easy drive to wal-mart for the essentials. We had no issues and would highly recommend!

Lovely house just needs some money spent on soft furnishings
House was great and in a lovely gated community. The shower heads were dirty and the towels were grey with holes in them, the owner responded and offered to buy new towels, This property could do with an update to soft furnishings the sheets and conforter were old and bobbly and the pool furniture was broken and stained. With just a bit of money spent this property could be amazing but is currently very tired

We stayed here for 10 days. It was exactly what it looked like on the pictures. It was very spacious for 4 adults, 1 teen and two young kids. I was going thru the reviews prior to staying here and I read one that said we should bring our own towels since theirs are worn out but when we got there they were just fine so I wouldn't worry about bringing your own. The pool is a lot of fun, swim Toys included.

this house was a great stay but had bad problem with your a/c it went out on us on Wednesday and we stayed till friday maintenance came out to fix but was severely hot the night before he fixed it and all the ceiling fans have been removed from the home so we sat in the living room with stationary fans on us i dont think i would rent this home again needs upgrade badly

Lovely villa in a great location
Lovely villa with a great pool, in a great location with 24 hour security which was good. Could do with new linen and towels, they were clean and fresh just a bit old but that’s just me being picky. Quick response from owner when AC stopped working on our last night, an engineer arrived the next day to fix it. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing home
This was the perfect home for us visit Orlando and Disney. It was easy to get to, conveinant to all shopping (walmart is a mile away), spacious (7of us), the neighborhood (gated) was safe and great for walking. The pool was awesome with tennis court and basketball court right behind it. The owner communicated quickly before the trip and while we were there when I reached out. He was very helpful and accommodating and I appreciated that so much. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent stay at Lake Berkley March 2023
One of our best VRBO stays in 15 years! Over our 34 day stay, we hosted a number of small extended family groups and there was lots of room to enjoy the house, the pool and deck, the pickleball courts across the backyard, the half basketball court adjacent to the pickleball courts, and the Lake Berkley community. What a terrific experience! Our master suite with the queen bed, LARGE powder room, self enclosed toilet, huge walk in shower, large sunken tub which could accommodate 2 adults or 2 supervised toddlers in our case LOL, and enormous walk in closet was such a treat. Inside the closet was a portacrib in great shape including a well fitted mattress with a new washable mattress cover. Our 18 month old grand daughter slept happily in it for 11 nights in the double bedroom. Our visitors who slept in the double bedroom, twin bedroom, and smaller second queen master suite were very happy and slept soundly. There was plenty of bedding for each bed in the house. There were plenty of towels for 8-10 people. There were LOTS soft bath towels, enough hand towels and facecloths, and floor mats for each bathroom. There were several plastic hangers in each closet which were a treat. The layout of the house was great for us and we wished we had the same at home in Canada. The pool deck was a great size and the heated pool was divine. The owner added an extra large table umbrella to the round table which was great. Michael was a super responsive kind owner!

Clean, cute and convenient stay
Property was just as listed/described. Rooms and living space was clean. The kids loved the heated pool. Convenient washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Awesome place!
The whole experience was wonderful. The house is just as nice as pictured. The pool was awesome! We walked to Walmart most every day and found beautiful, paved walking trails at Shingle River. Ken was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. I give him an A+. The gated community was safe and so well kept. I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect Spot!
We had the most amazing stay in Kens house. So close to EVERYTHING! Groceries, activities, Disney. The house was huge!! Perfect for large families...so much space. The heater for the pool was amazing especially for late night relaxing and dipping. We honestly just loved this property so much. Ken was reachable and personable. If I had to give a small criticism...a few little things could be updated like broken blinds, the stove is very dated and ringers aren't great, the tennis court and basketball net are for all of the resort so you have ppl right behind you all day long.....really just small updates but does not affect the stay at all!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Highly Recommend.

awesome house
You want to stay here. Check in process was easy. The house is near the front gate and easy to find. Pool was heated and good size. We stayed with 4 boys and there was plenty of beds and space for us all. We were 20 min from the Disney attractions so it was a nice easy drive in the morning and at night. The kitchen was nice and big. House had an the amenities I needed and whatever I needed to get i ran to Walmart which was a couple minutes up the road. Basketball and tennis was right in the backyard. We enjoyed every minute of our stay

Perfect home from home
This property was clean, spacious and a perfect villa for our holiday. The pool was just wonderful and was only overlooked on one side. The villa was well equipped for all our needs. We were 5 adults and there was plenty room for us all with a bedroom to spare. All our questions/requests to the owner were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We loved this villa and hope to return in the future.

Disney trip
Our trip was great, check in with the guard was fast and easy. Location is close to Walmart and chic fila. About 20/25 mins to Disney depending on traffic. Pool was great. Tennis courts and basketball was in the backyard. Wifi was good.

This was a great house for us. The house and pool were both very clean. We appreciated the number of towels provided, as well as the cleaning supplies. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware and cooking pans. With the two living areas we had more than enough room. It was just great!

Perfect Spot, Perfect Win for us.
This place was a perfect spot as we were needing a place for 7 of us to stay. We were in Kissimmee for a jiu jitsu tournament and this spot was close to the venue and close to other attractions. Super glad we were able to cook Our meals instead of going out to eat constantly. The pool was a perfect touch for teens as it was hot-humid. Surprisingly they also took advantage of the tennis courts and basketball court behind the house. This is a perfect place to stay and super grateful for Ken. The check in process was easy enough, made friends with the security guard up front and made sure that she was good as she was super busy on some nights. Overall will stay here again if we are coming to a tournament or for vacation. Thank you so much.

Me and my partner had a great time staying at this villa. Lake berkley is a very clean, peaceful and secure gated community. It is in an ideal location close to all the parks and lots of restaurants. The only downside we had when staying here was communication.... we had an emergency one night when the AC stopped working and the villa was very warm. The villa phone does not work and as we were travelling from the UK we had to use our mobiles which costs a lot when abroad to get in touch with ken about fixing the AC. To kens credit he got maintenance to come out the next morning and fix the AC and before our vacation he was very friendly and always responded to my emails. I would advise anybody who is travelling abroad like myself to get international data allowance on you mobile while you are away as like i said the phone in the villa does not work and if you have an emergency like i did you will need it

This was a last min trip and we found this listing (SCORE). Owner Ken was quick to respond and address a minor concern. Neighborhood was beautiful for an evening walk. I would definitely enjoy renting again but next time I’ll bring some family along to enjoy.

Great family vacation
My husband and I stayed with our three daughters while one of them had a competition at Disney. The house is in a great location close to the parks and shopping and dining. We had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was awesome. We could have used a few more towels and some washcloths and handsoap, but we made do. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway!!!
We rented this house through VRBO. Being newly retired we had heard other friends rent a house in Florida to get away from the cold in Wisconsin in March. Ken's description of the house on VRBO was accurate. My husband and I were the main tenants of the house. Some of my children and their families dropped in as they had vacation time. The biggest perk was having 3 full bathrooms to accommodate all of us. There were 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. A bedroom with twin beds for the little ones, and a bedroom with a full sized bed for my daughter. Plenty of room to spread out!!! Another wonderful perk was the amazing pool. The weather was so nice we swam every single day of the 30 days we rented the house. Ken was an excellent host. He responded to every email we sent if we needed his help. He has a Property manager he is in contact with to take care of any house issues. They were prompt and professional. We would definitely rent from Ken again.....he made our experience enjoyable.

My family and I had a good time I did however have an issue with the pool which I paid upfront to be heated and it was not heated at all. It was 69 degrees instead of 89 degrees which I was told it would be. I communicated back and forth with Ken on a daily basis which he assured me everyday that someone was going to come by and fix the issue which never happened. Ken did refund the money for the pool being heated however my children were very upset as they were counting on being able to use the pool. Ken was a good host besides the pool issue, the house was nice and as described.

I cannot apologize enough to Bryan. He had paid for pool heat and texted me in the evening of the check in day that the pool felt cool. I asked him to check again in the morning when the pool heater would be running. The pool was still cool. I had the pool service company check and they said the heater was not working and notified the company that installed the heater. They were there the next day and determined a valve had failed and ordered a new one. That was installed the next day and the Freon replaced. By the time the pool was reheating, Bryan was leaving. This was unfortunate and could not have been predicted in an only two year old pool heater. I refunded the fee and apologized daily during this unfortunate event. Ken, owner

For us, just looking for a nice place to stay for a few days while visiting the annual Mecum auction. A place that was reasonably close to the event, clean, easy to navigate and enough room for individual privacy without doing the hotel thing. THis waas a perfect choice.
