Bugs live there too.

Although the host is nice, the condos he owns are not. We found a bug in the cabinet and underwear under the bed. The condos have lots of extra items so they feel cluttered. Linens are well used. The entire place could use a refresh.

Tennis visit

Property fit our needs well, both building and location. Showers worked well and mattresses were comfortable. Not large but efficient. Missed some standard amenities such as wash clothes, dish soap, and shampoo. Two gates to enter property, one closes at 11:00 with no name or directions to the other, made for a longer night getting supplies and finding different entrance to neighborhood.

Pros and cons

Pros: good location, under 15 min to the airport and 30 min from the parks. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc making it nice and easy to make meals. Master bedroom bed super comfy - great pillows as well. Communication with the property manager was fantastic! I had to reach out a few times with issues and received a reply within minutes. Washer and dryer worked great and the options on the tv wonderful. Cons: unfortunately there were ants & other small bugs in the condo. In the master bath to start and they quickly sent someone out to treat it. By the end they were in the kitchen, master bedroom and bath. We had the option to have it treated again while we were there, but decided to just let them do it once we checked out. Condo was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The tub was dirty with built in grime that could easily be taken care of with a magic eraser or scrubbing. Bathroom floor was dirty and there was several pieces of hair on the trundle bed making me believe the sheets had not been changed. The lights outside of our condo didn’t work….actually the whole part of our building didn’t work. Everyone including residents used their cell phone flashlight to see. These are all easy things to take care of and I’m confident that the property managers will resolve these issues for the next family.
