Great place to stay

The house was easy to find in a nice gated community. The rooms were spacious and all linens were clean. We spent most of our time there in the pool. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again.

Great Location

Family vacation 2023

Our stay was AWESOME. This house is amazing. So roomy, big and the colors match the house. The movie room is awesome, we truly enjoyed our stay. So much room for all of us. We had 8 adults and 5 kids. The upstairs theme for family was great. We will be back. Booking for Christmas.

2022 family vacation

Everything was great except for the pool being not as clean as normal, the code kept changing for some reason, so we had to use the back door, which wasn't a real problem cause there was smaller kids to go to the back and open the front door. Overall the stay was great always look forward to our annual family vacation. Just needs a few upgrades very nice place though..

Family Vacation

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing.My family love the house and of course the theater room with the massage chair. There was more than enough room for a family of 17. My only cons for this trip was the trash situation all the bins outside were overflowing we had to sit bags on the ground, and when we arrived the door code was offline but one phone call and it was taken care of. All in all we had a great time would definitely book again.

Our family was totally ecstatic of the property.

When we arrived to enter the property it was so easy and quick. When we arrived and went in everyone was so excited and couldn't wait to pick their room. It was plenty of space for everyone. We totally enjoy the living space and the outside pool. I will definitely be coming back to this property. If there was any problem they were quick to respond back in a manner of minutes. Thank you again for having us.

Far exceed our expectations!!!

Upon our arrival, the property exceeded our expectations. Entry to property was seamless and the pictures online does the property no justice. Every room is spacious, clean, tidy, and well-kept. More than enough bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the all the necessities for cooking. No need to bring any thing with you. The pool and Jacuzzi is the added bonus and paying the extra to keep it warm was well worth it with the added privacy screen. We had to contact the property manager for one item and they responded within 30 minutes with a resolution. The family and kids loved their stay and we will return again very soon.

Star wars house

The neighborhood was very crowded and there was a complete disregard for noise up until 2 + in the morning. The entire neighborhood smelled overpoweringly of Marijuana. Then inside the house the hot tub didnt get hot, the massage chair in movie room was broken, the bed in downstairs primary bedroom was.an adjustable and was stuck between up and down on feet and head end. The upstairs couch had crumbs and dirty tissues under the cushions.

It Was Okay… Pests Was A Big Concern!

We had a pest problem our entire stay. We did what we had to do concerning spraying. There were a total of 4 roaches we killed and ants in the movie room. Roaches was in the kitchen area. On the counter where I had to dry my baby bottles, in the silverware drawer and under the sink. The shower head upstairs in the Princess room wasn't working fully. The room with 2 queen beds as you go up the stairs the shower head sprays water from the neck. Blinds was missing and kept falling to the patio outside. When we got there there was trash outside on the side of the house that was left there previously. We had to pick the trash up and put it in the trash can. It smelled really bad! We called twice for the pump to be turned on due to the water was low in the pool and to see if the hot tub could get hot. The knob wasn't working. No one ever came.

An ideal family getaway

We spent a wonderful holiday together in this large spacious nicely decorated house. There was room for everyone around the table and lounging on the couch was conducive to real quality time.

Thanksgiving 2021

My group stayed at the property for Thanksgiving (11/23/21-11/27/21). Like everything in life, we experienced pros and cons during our stay at this property. Cons: Pool Heat- We paid for pool heat for our entire stay. When we arrived, the pool heat was not on. They came the following day (11/24) and turned it on. It takes hours for the pool to actually get warm. However, during our stay, the pool never got any warmer. I'm not sure if it was broken or the weather was just too cold. However, the two days when the pool heat was "supposed to be turned on" it did not feel like it. Trash collection- When we arrived, the trash can (outside) was filled with trash. During our stay, the trash was never collected. We could only dispose of our trash on our last day in the home (11/27). We do not know why the trash was never collected throughout our stay, like at other properties. (It might have been an issue since it was a holiday.) Dirty Bathroom- The bathroom in one of the master bedrooms was nasty/dirty especially, the toilet. Dirty ceiling fans- The ceiling fans (in the home) were dirty/dusty. The theater- The AC in the theater was broken and leaked water. As a result, the floor was always wet (be careful). Pros: The home- The home was beautiful and overall clean (besides the minor issues mentioned earlier). Location- The home was located not too far from the clubhouse. Our family/friend really enjoyed our stay at the property. The management company is very responsive to questions. They are usually available 24/7.

Will not rent from casiola again- dishonest with poor service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unsanitary, not kept up well, told me in writing they would rectify, then they did not. $3512.63 for 3 nights to clean the place myself to make it livable and be lied to about a refund and more. 1. Code didn’t work upon arrival. 2. Once inside, I entered a house that had been destroyed by previous renters and had not been serviced by housekeeping. I sent pictures of the damage through the Airbnb chat to inform them of the severity. 3. I begged to be moved to another property since this company (Dennis/Casiola) boasts that they have 350+ properties in the area, and I pointed out that they were listed as available online. They refused and said I had to wait for the place to be cleaned. Dennis/Casiola sent 3 ladies to the house to clean. It was going so slowly that I helped. I stopped at one point to see the cleaning staff sitting, and I was the only one cleaning. We attempted to check in at 4:15. My family was in the car, and they drove around waiting until the house was finally ready at 8:30 PM. I cleaned for FOUR hours with the cleaning crew. 4. The worst part is that I was told that I would be refunded one night to make it right, and they only refunded 10%. I showed them a screenshot of the Airbnb message where THEY said “Per request, one night refund shall be approved by my manager”, and they still did not provide the refund. 5. Bulleted issues:- Damaged walls- Clogged sink- Body fluid stains on couch indoors and outdoors- Food smeared on all furniture - Wet mildew towels laid across fabric couch and leather dining chairs- Garbage strewn all over the floors- Several slats missing from blinds- Dirty grill- Furniture displaced - Strip lights had been cut in several places and did not work - Multiple remotes did not work - Watched cleaning staff fold dirty towels, place them on the shelves, and replace dirty dishes.
