Great Location

In town for business and found the perfect property. This property is convenient to shopping, restaurants and theme parks, and of course, the convention center, which is why we were in town.

Amazing Stay

We loved how close it was to the pool and little stripe mall with Publix! Loved the pool, pool bar and the firepit for the cool evenings. Great rental unit with plenty of room and very clean - Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Vista Cay is a great location. We went there the meet up with other adult friends. The property offered 2 pools, with a bar where we could spend quality time. As well as a large fire pit. Grocery store, shops and restaurants within walking distance.our rental was very comfortable.

Overall, great (and convenient) place to stay! Pros and cons: The location and proximity to the Universal Studios parks and Sea World was fantastic. Would've been nice if the property offered a park shuttle, as we know other resorts do. The condo was spacious enough for our family. However, the beds/pillows were subpar and uncomfortable. Perhaps a refresh on those would be good. Also, there were little tiny ants in the kitchen and in both bathrooms that really made us have to protect all food/vanity-type items. Kind of icky! Better pest control is a must. The elevators in the building were nice for those with joint issues. Again, overall, would def stay again!!

Very nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Clean and orderly. The queen bed was pretty hard and the paper products. They supply are very thin, but otherwise all good. Would stay again.

Great location and facilities

Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and nearby hotel with conference center. The living space was clean, spacious, and quiet. Only downside was that it lacked hand soap in the kitchen, some knives/spatulas were dirty upon arrival, and there was no place to air dry dishes. Otherwise we were happy and comfortable!

Rough last 24 hours

Unfortunately the shower handle stem broke inside the wall and the water had to be shut off to the entire apartment for the last night and morning of our trip. Also numerous ants in the kitchen. On a positive note the location was great.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood and the location is very close to Universal. The apartment does need some love. I've made the following reports to the property manager when we settled in. The front door is not aligned so it kept slamming shut to those trailing behind me. In order to lock the front door you had to lift the door up a bit and then you can close it. The right refrigerator door handle was loose. There are micro ants in the kitchen. So don't leave any food out. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. I believe that a coil inside is making it too hot that the plastic on the hairdryer was melted beforehand. What was the most disturbing was the towel with a yellow brownish "mark" on it.

Nice property

Check in was super easy. Place was pretty clean except under the beds you could see havent been mopped in a while. Front door had to be hip checked to close so it was very loud when closing. Unfortunately we stayed below a family with young kids who were EXTREMELY loud. I called the office but was told there was nothing they could do about it because it was after hours. Umm, no 24 hour service. I just wanted to sleep! Pool area was very fun! Hot tub was dirty and had nasty mold spots.Location is excellent, landscaping beautiful
