Literally in my top 2 hotels now. My husband and I stayed in the studio with a king it felt so homely yet lux. Also the breakfast here is top tier. While other hotels only give an apple or a banana and bagel and a coffee, Residence on the other hand will give you a full course breakfast and they even let you make your own fresh waffles. This hotel deserves 10stars, because they actually care for their guests and the money we spend! It is definitely worth every dollar.

Great location and very clean the staff was also super helpful the only thing that was a little confusing was the entrance to the parking garage it’s located in a weird spot I passed it multiple times before realizing it’s located where the sign for the apartment complex next door is other then that I would definitely stay here again

We pulled up in the dark & rain and didn’t realize where to park or what to do at first. Be aware that you can wait out front (in a couple parking spots right outside the front door) or turn in to the parking that is just past the front doors but labeled as parking for the apartment building next door! Nice property otherwise. Clean and staff was nice!

Good location and facilities. I would have liked the pool to be more heated but the pool area is really nice. We didn't get our room fixed because of the length of the stray but I would have preferred it to be fixed daily.

I nice hotel in downtown Orlando. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only slight drawback would be outside street noise can be heard

We arrived very late. Check in was simple and friendly. Everything was as desired. Minor issue with toilet paper roll holder needing maintenance, but not a real issue.

Very Nice
Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, comfy bed, good shower.. Front desk friendly and helpful. Some street noise, even on the 5th floor but not enough to hinder sleep.

I’d love to tell you about my stay at the Residence Inn- except they informed me at 10am DAY OF that they wouldn’t honor my reservation that I made over a month before. I have never had this happen before and I’m truly disappointed. I found this out right before a very long flight, where I was landing at 11pm and would have liked to know that I had a hotel to go to. Infuriating and unacceptable. You require 24 hours notice if I cancel, I’d like to be given -at the very least - that same courtesy. And a reason for the cancellation so that I could understand what exactly it is that happened.
