OUTSTANDING

Everything from the moment we got there until we locked the door on the way out was great. The customer service was on point when we needed them and the responses for additional parking passes was less then 5 mins!!! we will defiantly look to stay here again soon!!

The property met our needs but there were concerns about customer service, responsivess and the condition of the property. The property was not ready for our arrival (broken bed), but we were allowed to check suppcleaning, etc.

Champions Gate stay

In town for college baseball tournament. Property is very convenient to local fields and dining. Traffic on Rt 4 from MCO airport terrible and mostly unavoidable. Attached townhome with small pool. Plenty of parking. Large gated community with lots of housing choices. Travel in and out easy with parking pass provided at check in. House is comfortable, nice and clean. No provisions such as tissues, salt & pepper or dishwasher detergent. Contacted property manager for hand soap for bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen, which was delivered same day. Pool water was below skimmer. Plastic covers on the mattresses were uncomfortable and annoying.

The 1566 property was one of the most enjoyable experiences. The entire process was easy. From booking to actually staying at this beautiful property. The pictures are beautiful that describes the property! Once we checked in the place was immensely clean and I knew we got our moneys worth and somehow felt like they should’ve charged more!! Wow I got a steal of a deal!! The property owners stocked everything that I needed to enjoy my vacation stay ie kuereg with k cups and even margarita shakers to make our own drinks. We ran straight to the back patio where there was a tv and ceiling fan on the deck either a daybed to sit and lounge by the private heated swimming pool!! I really enjoyed my stay and have already booked again for a 5 day 4 night follow up stay in a months time!! 5 stars!! Henry n Katey!!
