Roaring Creek is a 5 bed, 4 bath home and is located on a Cul de Sac in Indian Creek; only a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World parks. After your day at the park, come home and take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa. Enjoy dinner on the patio or inside the Air Conditioned house. Four Corners Review

Our family stayed in this home for a little over a week. We sold our home and needed a place to stay while looking for another. The neighborhood was safe but not well kept and farther away from 192 than we anticipated. The home was spacious but definitely not updated. The mattresses definitely need an update, especially the king bed. We enjoyed the pool area which was the highlight of the stay. One thing that was very annoying was a sign that explained we could not keep a door open for more than 90 seconds of the air conditioner would turn off! We were so scared the entire visit, especially when we were bringing in our luggage and leaving! We did not realize the home was beside of a large highway. The noise from the highway could be heard inside the home at all times and was especially loud while using the pool. We did get used to it by the end of our stay. Also, 3 miles from Disney is to the back entrance to Animal Kingdom. That can be a little confusing for people who are not familiar with Disney or this area. We appreciate the use of the home but would not book again in the future.

You must ask yourself, what's important to you?

The home was a bit of a mixed bag. It was roomy, but the cleanliness was questionable. When we reported cockroaches, someone came immediately, which was much appreciated! The bedding, towels, and beach towels were CLEAN and in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION, as were the appliances, tableware, cooking utensils, and pans. Everything in the kitchen seemed practically new! Swimming, for our family, is important, and we looked forward to the heated pool (an extra charge) and private sun deck! We were a little taken back by the loud noises coming from the other side of the back wall. No mention on the listing or in the reviews of the busy highway just yards away. Luckily, we had brought books to read, because conversing on the patio was a challenge. But the thing which really struck us was the extremely hardened brown film which lined the upper tiles of the pool, although the pool service had just "cleaned" the pool. It took us 8 hours to rid it from the film with razor blades and a few Scotch Brite pads, but it looked so much better, and we immensely enjoyed the pool after it was clean. A safety thought: hand rails coming out of the pool,hot tub, and in the showers would save someone a fall. The house, screen cage, and privacy fence were designed to beautifully make spaces for adults, children, and dogs! We have never stayed in a place set up so conveniently! For this reason alone, I WOULD rent it again. My husband WOULD NOT.

We loved the house we were a little disappointed that it didn’t come with the grill, but the owner fix that within the day. And that was amazing because we love To grill out. The house was clean Definitely needed more pots and pans And baking sheets. Cooking Was a little complicated Because there wasn’t enough pots and pans Because we love to enjoy home-cooked dinners. Overall, though we would stay here again. Definitely hope the owners will update their kitchen Utensils So we can cook better next time.

The location is wonderful. Loved the completely fenced in yard. The neighborhood is very quiet. Home was exactly as described. Lesley is a great host, and my experience with the management company was excellent. (we contacted them to find out pool cleaning day, and got a reply within an hour) The kitchen was not as well stocked with pots and pans as I like (but I love to cook) and there was a shortage of towels (that Lesley addressed ASAP). The home was very clean, with the exception of the pool deck, which needs a good cleaning.

A Very Comfortable Family Home

We had a booking with iTrip fall through with less than 2 weeks to find a new rental for our multi-generational New Year's Eve family trip. We needed a spot for 9 people and a small dog and Lesley's house more than fit the bill. It was comfortable, nice, lived-in, had anything we might need, and the times where we did need something (it got very cold and we needed to have the heat in the house turned on) the management team was very quick and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable and Large

We enjoyed our time at Roaring Creek. This is a very nice house with all the amenities to be comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were very clean and everything was easily explained. The location of the house is close to all the major attractions including shopping. It made getting there and getting settled in quite easy. We will definitely book with the same host for our next trip. Can’t wait. Communication was great and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice.

February Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Roaring Creek property. It really is conveniently located to all of the Orlando area attractions and any possible shopping or dining options you could ask for. The pool and hot tub were a great treat when we chose to just hang out and we used the gas grill on several occasions to make dinner. Thanks for a great winter reset!

A nice place to stay

This house is in a very convenient location. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The backyard was fenced in which made our dogs very happy! The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had and was even kind enough to send us a message when there was a tornado warning in our area.

Great house and private fenced yard
