Great experience from the start

Everything about Sebastian's Sanctuary was great! From the moment we've booked until our checkout, we have nothing but good things to say. Booking was easy. Check in instructions and available amenities and services were clear. Villatel was very responsive. Any question I had was responded to quickly and clearly. The location was perfect, easy access to stores, restos, Universal Studios and other leisure activities for our kids. The rental was new, clean, and everything was working. Kids loves the themed bedroom with bunkbeds and fun extras. Villatel also allowed us to have a late checkout at the last minute, which we appreciate as it was hard to move out a big group in the morning. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
