OMG! My family and I LOVED our stay at this house. It was just as described. My party of 12 could pick, choose and refuse their rooms and everything was adequately provided. The home has mre than we expected. There were 2 refrigerators in the kitchen, 2 dish washers, 2 washer and dryers, a wine chiller, pool, pool table, arcade games - what more could I say, the home is spacious and enjoyable for everyone. Each bedroom had very comfy bedding, a TV and a bathroom - what a plus! This was truly a home away from home. We are already planning our 2026 vacation and plan on staying here again.

Golf Trip

Great house for a guys golf trip. 12 bedrooms with 12 baths. Great hot tub and pool setup. Perfect house for our trip.

Cousin’s let together

After several decades 20 cousins got together. The house was the perfect spot for a group of 60-70 year olds. The only problem was the spa and pool was a little difficult for some of the people with ailments no hand rails.

We really enjoyed the property everyone had enough space enough room for everyone and bathrooms everyone enjoyed their selves we looking forward to this again except the washer and dryer didn't want to work that good but we really enjoyed the vacation thanks so much.

Great house, really clean.

All and all a great house and experience. One of the refrigerators died on day 2 of 7 and needs to be replaced. They needed to owner to give the ok. Really clean, great spot. Already rebooked!

Plenty of space

I really enjoyed my stay here. Plenty of room/space and amenities. The only issue I have is pool heat stopped working after the first day, it wasn’t fixed until the day I left. I’m still waiting on my refund.

Review of Solterra Resort vacation home

The house we rented was perfect for our group. Everything about the property was as advertised. The area is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The house itself was spotless when we arrived, and we did our best to leave it in the same condition on leaving. The house is suited to large party, as there are 12 bedrooms and plenty room to accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. House has all the needs to meet the modern era, WiFi was excellent. Security was excellent.

Great house for large family

The size of the house was awesome. But the internet was not working. Called to report didn’t get service until next day afternoon. They oven door didn’t work you had to hold to put things or take things out or it snapped back. The dryer downstairs wasn’t drying properly. The air conditioner upstairs stopped working on Saturday early. Wasn’t fixed until Sunday afternoon

It Was Just Okay

When I first arrived at the property I was told by security that you're only allowed 5 cars...( Why would you build houses this size with no parking ) Then once I arrived at the property at 4pm the house wasn't cleaned, The cleaning lady arrived and started cleaning and wasn't done until about 7pm so we couldn't occupy the property until she was done. And then I paid to have the pool heated and it wasn't hot at all during my 5 Day Stay, I am very disappointed and still waiting to hear from management

Bad experience

No parking for guest. My car was towed from infront of the door. TRASH n Magets spilling out of broken bag left from previous guest, I reported. maintenance refused to pick it up. Kids accidentally locked bedroom door, reported it to Rental office, no one every came. Roaches in kitchen. No linen on some of the beds. Stained mattress cover. No air in garage.

This place is a 3 star spot but could be better if they fix things

We did not have a trash bin for the outside garbage pick up until a day in a half. Both kitchen sink handles were broken. One of the refrigerator has a bad fish smell to it. One of the doors that lead to the patio did not have a curtain and the big sliding door had some of the vertical blinds missing. The Wi-Fi in the house is bad and the game tables were notable to be played by the kids. We sent some pictures of the other things that we found to be messed up with the house but no one came out to look at the issues.

Very disappointing

4 for the king beds had dirty lines, floors were extremely dirty, broken bathroom fixtures, mold and grime on all shower liners. Downstairs washer did not work right. Upstairs washer stopped working. Garbage disposal had to be reset each day so it would work. The toaster had to be replaced. We paid for the pool to be heated, finally got fixed day 5. Baseboards, bathroom doors, and windows need cleaned!!!!! When I requested for a property manager to come to the house, I was told that they would not help with the issues I was having, work orders would not get done any faster. I was told to go to another property to wash clothes. The dryer there did not work, we had to tote wet clothes back to the house to dry them.

Not again

Arrived at property entry way was upswept with trash all around. Told AC upstairs wasn't working as water was leaking through the ceiling into trashcans. There was a load of towels in the washer and dryer. First floor washer didn't work, even door wouldn't close, 1/2 of the light bulbs in house either didn't work or were to dim to help. After many calls to the property manager nothing was ever fixed. Upstairs was unbearable to sleep with no AC so my guests had to go get hotel rooms. Would not recommend this property or anything Florida Vacation Rentals have to offer.

Our family had a wonderful time in this home plenty of room for everybody with their own space yet coming together also. We also love the pool and hot tub and appreciated the clubhouse swimming area as well. It was also very convenient for Disney World magic kingdom in Universal Studios which we visited! We had a total of 11 people with chill grand grand children From ages 10 months old to 18 and our adult kids. None of us wanted to leave and we hope we can come back soon or make it a yearly vacation. Enjoy!

Nice spacious place for a family or friends to go and have a good time. We didn't have to leave the house between the entertainment area and pool area with a TV we all have a blast.
