Very nice house

We had the pleasure of staying at this house during spring break, house was clean upon arrival very accurate of what is in pictures. Close enough to parks and other attractions. Either beach is about 1.5-2 hrs depending on traffic. Pool was great once it got heated given we went during a cooler time so that was essential. Beds and pillows were all comfy house was well equipped with useful equipment, dishes. Only down fall would be the traffic coming into the resort at really anytime of the day. But that wouldn’t stop us from returningThanks !

Beautiful home for large family and friends

Clean as described property. Check in was time consuming. If going to Disney, travel time ranges from 20 min to 1.5 hrs depending on when you leave in the morning. Only complaint was the additional fee to use resort facilities. Beautiful resort just were not able to use due to over capacity the days we wanted to use. Waste of $.

We loved this place! The house was clean, modern, and big enough for everyone to have their space. We loved the pool and the game room especially. The kids liked finding all the hidden "Easter eggs" around the house.

Nice house

Had a great time. House looked like photos. Wish it had more than 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag and utensils! Overall it was close to everything and neighborhood was nice!

Great Location

Overall we had a wonderful stay in this home, the place was beautiful however please note there is no grill on this property but can be easily rented for a fee. It is a resort so noise for our group was not an issue but keep in mind when booking. Great home overall!

Terrible terrible service

This villa was gross!!!!!! We walked in with our kids after a long flight delay. Exausted.. we wanted to put them to bed... omg..... the beds had long black hair all over it. Linen and rugs were old and dirty. Shower still had hair and dust! In general place was nauseous. After calling all day for help management finally sent us a cleaner to redo linen only to take out dirty, hairy linen... we had to go purchase new linen because there was no1 to talk to. We stayed at solitaire numerous times and always had a nice experience. DO NOT TAKE THIS PLACE!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE - Terrible Experience!

If I could give this host 0 stars I would! DO NOT STAY HERE! PLEASE READ! In Dec 2024 I paid for 2 nights in FULL prior to arriving at the home. The host told our entire party to leave the house only 2.5 hours after entering the home, and they kept our entire payment when we asked for a refund! Did not refund us one dollar and we stayed 0 nights out of 2 nights! We stayed for less than 3 hours! A total scam!After I booked this place, the host sent me a separate agreement that I had to sign which I questioned. He wanted a selfie of me PLUS a picture of my driver license with me holding it up in the selfie. I had to do this for me AND my husband which we thought was very odd. In their rental agreement it states that two guests are allowed per room in the home 2 more guests. Since this is a 5 bedroom house that equals 12 guests. HOWEVER, THE FRONT GATE ATTENDANT SAID THAT WE CAN HAVE VISITORS AS LONG AS THEY LEAVE BEFORE 10PM. NOT GUESTS - BUT VISITORS. I HAVE THE BROCHURE THAT THEY GAVE ME AND SO DOES MY ATTORNEY! We had a family of 4 VISIT us shortly after entering the home and they were leaving before 10pm. The host kicked us out at 7:56pm, less than 3 hrs after arriving, saying we exceeded the max occupants and gave us 30 minutes to leave the house! We had just arrived! We had 12 occupants! OUR 4 FRIENDS WERE VISITORS and were leaving before 10pm which is allowed! Plus the host gave them parking passes & I provided their names in an email!Unreal!

Shine Villas - 4088 Oakport Drive

We were extremely happy with this rental property. Property was larger then anticipated and provided plenty of space for each member of our family to relax in their own dedicated space. Description of property was spot on, no surprises. We did not utilize resort amenities, we tried to go to clubhouse pool once and it was at capacity so if you plan to use resort amenities suggest doing some research to understand busy times and plan accordingly. Property is very close to convenience and grocery stores as well as restaurants. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommend.

This home is beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed our weeks stay.

Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi was not good so we had a lot of angry kids. Other than that it was perfect and the owner was super helpful during our stay.

Great renal and location

There were 8 of us who stayed at the property--5 adults and 3 teenagers. The house had plenty of space and great accommodations for all of us. The teens in particular enjoyed the game room, pool and arcade machines. This rental had 2 things you rarely find in a rental--a Keurig. and handheld shower heads in the master bathrooms. Would definately stay there again

Couldn’t fault anything about the property. Read a previous review where someone complained about the fridge light flashing when the door was open.😂😂 Can’t please some people. We booked at a weeks notice due to being let down with another company and I’m glad we were. The villa was better than we expected and spotlessly clean. The location in Solterra is central to everything and 5 minutes from a great range of bars and restaurants at Champions Gate. Would highly recommend anyone with a family to look no further. Also a great clubhouse with superb pool areas.

Review of Shine Villas Solterra Resort

Overall this place is beautiful. Very large rooms and open floor plan. Listing was as described and contact with property manager was good. There were a couple things that were minor but would keep me from giving this 5 stars. There were some items in the home that were not working that were more of a nuisance than anything. Garbage can lid/foot pedal was broken Toaster was broken Lights in fridge and freezer just blinked the entire time. Reported these things to property manager and they said they would have maintenance look into after our stay. Other than those minor things, the property was beautiful, amenities at the community pool were great, and overall stay was great for us.

4088 Oak Tree Drive Davenport Fl

Home was as advertised on VRBO. It was clean and the pool was clean. Neighborhood was nice, staff friendly, clean and close to shopping and Disney. We would recommend putting another tv in the bedroom by the small tv room close to the bathroom. The pool was nice but not warm enough, but the kids did not seem to mind it. We did have about 3-4 days of flickering lights and AC didn’t seem to cool the home. A Duke power employee was out checking the lines and advised us we only have been running on 120 volt instead of 240 volt which is why the AC was not cooling the place appropriately. The fridge light was flickering like a disco light, and the trash an lid was broken. Would also recommend putting curtains in the master bedroom by the pool to keep the sun from waking you up early. In master bedroom by pool the shower head is high which sprays in your face all the time. It also does not let you feel the hot water when it’s hot unless you take the handheld down. All of these things are minor items to correct and it would not stop us from renting the home again. We enjoyed our stay and the home was everything is said it would be. We would still highly recommend this home.

GREAT HOUSE

House was as the pictures show. No issues. Plenty of kitchenware to cook anything you need. Pool heat worked great. Few occasions where trying to get into gated community took some time during peak hours but it was manageable.
