Tableware for 14, Cooking utensils. Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster are all available for your use.

We have converted the Garage in to a games room, equipped with pool and table football!

We feature a beautiful large pool.

Our home faces East so benefits from being in the sun a lot of the day, but in the height of the afternoon heat and storms we thankfully see some shade!

Our Pool has a maximum depth of 6ft, the adjoining spa can fit up to 6 people in comfort,

The pool can be heated and we recommend this between November and April, the pool heat cost is $35 per night.

The doors that lead on to the pool deck are protected with alarms that will sound once the door has been opened to provide an alert, we prefer this to a pool fence though this can also be arranged should you prefer this.

Outside

Our secure and screened pool area is equipped with a pool and adjoining spa (heating optional), there is a large table with four chairs and six adjustable loungers

The covered lanai is equipped with a large ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot Florida evenings!

An optional grill can be rented at an additional cost.

Parking.

Our Garage has been converted in to a games room.

We have parking space available for two cars.

We are able to accomodate a van / minibus in one spot (no bigger than a ford transit) and a standard car / SUV in the other.

There is no overnight street parking on Tuscan Hills, so all vehicles have to be accommodated on the driveway.

Internet
Free high speed wifi is provided throughout the home.

An High Chair and Pack and Play is available.

FACILITIES

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

A clean fee of $200 applies to all bookings.

Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes

The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights)

A refundable security deposit of $500 at the time of booking.

Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.

Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
